★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung ist zwar freundlich und die Möbel wunderschön - wir hatten jedoch den Eindruck, dass man sich mit den Produkten nicht wirklich auskennt. Wir haben ein Sofa mit abziehbarem Stoff gekauft und mehrfach betont, dass es uns wichtig ist, dass man den Bezug auf 30° waschen kann. Uns wurde mehrfach (mündlich) versichert, dass der Stoff waschbar sei. Nach einem Jahr haben wir zufällig herausgefunden, dass der Stoff sehr empfindlich auf Wasser reagiert und absolut nicht waschbar ist.
Wir haben das Thema angesprochen und die Geschäftsführung steht weder für die Falschinformation ein noch werden uns Lösungsvorschläge geboten.
Bei vergleichbaren Firmen haben wir die Beratung als wesentlich besser und fundierter empfunden - zum Beispiel in punkto Material, Pflege, Herstellung, Größe des Möbelstücks und Raumplanung etc.
Wir können die Firma Delmas (betreibt die Schauräume) nicht weiterempfehlen.
The advice is friendly and the furniture is beautiful - but we had the impression that you weren't really familiar with the products. We bought a sofa with removable fabric and emphasized several times that it is important to us that the cover can be washed at 30 °. We were repeatedly (verbally) assured that the fabric was washable. After a year we found out by chance that the fabric is very sensitive to water and is absolutely not washable.
We have raised the issue and the management is not responsible for the incorrect information, nor are we offered any solutions.
At comparable companies, we found the advice to be much better and more sound - for example in terms of material, care, manufacture, size of the piece of furniture and room planning, etc.
We cannot recommend the Delmas company (operates the showrooms).

Alle in unserer Familienmitglieder verwenden die Sofas liebend gerne und fühlen sich so richtig wohl wenn wir darin sitzen. Wir werden sicher wieder gerne in diesem tollen Geschäft einkaufen. We have already bought the classic Mah Jong sofas twice and have always received excellent and competent advice. Everyone in our family members love to use the sofas and feel really comfortable when we sit in them. We will definitely be happy to shop in this great shop again.
