Ok but it does not feel like all inklusive of you are not allowed to take good or drinks into your room. Also the food is ok but not more then average. The pool are is not very pleasing.

The 4 person room was quite obviously a 2 person room with an extra bunk bed placed in it. However the food was quite good for an all inclusive place! Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is amazing. Definetly a four star hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and can guide you around the area. The food are amazing. The variety of choices are huge for vegan too. Every morning you can get an iformational sheet what can be your programme that day. The spa are amazing and clean . And for the musicians there is a white yamaha piano and you can feel free to play on it! Night time you can gather with your family or friends in the lobby area to play or talk. Family friendly place. If you have a baby do not worry they have everything you need in the restaurant or even for the room (bed ,blankets etc.). I recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to enjoy their holiday in a calm higher level. Parking spaces are available. You can store your skii in a heated room in the hotel. Staff can speak in English, Hungarian and German.

Rooms are realy fine. The food is ok, not very special. Point of attention is that now and then there was not enough and refills took much time. The closure of the snacks in the afternoon is too early. When you return from a day skiing, the snack corner closes. The staying in general was fine.

A good hotel choice for those seeking an attractive price-value combination. It’s definitely very convenient and efficient to be close to the lifts and the center of Kaprun, while also enjoying a quality stay with included food and drinks. Bonus points for free pool & sauna access, which was great after a day of skiing. However you might be less positive about your stay here if you have somewhat high expectations from an “all inclusive hotel” or can be more easily triggered by some smaller drawbacks. For that reason I list below such possible annoyances and improvement points for the hotel: - the food is really quite basic most of the time, more like a good canteen (which was not a problem for us). Poor selection of vegetarian meals and deserts, unclear allergy information. - It can also get quite busy in both the restaurant area and the spa, and there was certainly a shortage of waiters (bartender had to both serve drinks to everyone and clean tables) - Spa area wasn’t well maintained or supervised, with many guests not properly informed about the sauna rules - What was supposed to be a double bed was in fact two single beds moved together with a noticeable gap in-between - Room cleaning service was rather disappointing - floors and surfaces weren’t cleaned and toilet paper wasn’t refilled until we asked at the reception Overall it was still totally worth it, especially compared to the alternatives in Kaprun in this price range. But be aware not to come here with expectations of some kind of luxury 5 star all inclusive stay (which some other reviewers seem to have had)

Had 9 amazing days in this hotel, all of the staff were really nice, usage of the swimming pool and sauna was well organized with time slots. Breakfast and dinner were also really good!

Below average place, and for sure not a 4 star hotel. Cleaning is very superficially done, our bedsheets had a hole in them in a very visible place, and were not changed during the whole stay (6 nights). The double bed is actually two beds placed next to each other, with a clear delimitation between. No vacuuming done during our stay, on the last couple days it was so dusty and sandy that I needed to wipe my feet before getting in bed. Food is overcooked and very plain with almost no spices, while drinks are served from an automated machine, so diluted that you can barely feel any flavour. Coffee is nice, the highlight of the whole cafeteria. Personnel is friendly. Poorly managed parking. When we booked it was written that parking is free of charge. When we got there, we were asked to pay €8/day for parking in open air. However, we were handed a flyer that stated “parking costs €5/day in a garage, or €3/day in the open air parking.” We fought about it so we were not charged any money for the parking in the end, but that is not how they should deal with things. I loved the heated flooring in the bathroom.
