I think it is absolutely not appropriate for three non-German speaking employees to have fun in their native language in the shop!

Ich hatte vor wenigen Wochen ein paar Jumpsuits anprobiert, und mich dann für einen entschieden, wollte mir die Woche darauf dann doch noch einen zweiten holen, jedoch war die Sommerkollektion bereits an die Zentrale zurückgeschickt. Die nette Verkäuferin hat mit mir im Katalog alles durchgesucht, um den gewünschten Teil zu finden, ich war mir jedoch anhand der Bilder nicht mehr sicher, welcher der zweite Teil gewesen war. Die Verkäuferin hat dann in der Zentrale angerufen, und alle noch vorhandenen Teile dieser Sommerkollektion wieder in das Geschäft zurückliefern lassen, und ich konnte mir die Ware nach einer guten Woche abholen.
So eine große Hilfsbereitschaft und Einsatz findet man selten, obwohl es keine hochpreisigen Teile waren.

Very nice Italian fashion, and absolutely nice saleswomen! I had tried on a few jumpsuits a few weeks ago, and then decided on one, wanted to get me a week later, but still a second, but the summer collection had already sent back to the headquarters. The nice seller has searched with me in the catalog everything to find the desired part, but I was not sure from the pictures, which was the second part. The saleswoman then called the central office and had all remaining parts of this summer collection returned to the store, and I was able to pick up the goods after a good week.
Such a great willingness to help and use are rare, although there were no high-priced parts.
