★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letztens meinem enkel schuhe kaufen und musste leider sehr lange warten auf eine beratung von ihren Arbeitern warten. Als ich dann dran kam war die dame sehr unhöflich und konnte mir nicht gescheit erklären welches model besser sei für was. Wo ich sie dann darauf angesprochen habe lachte sie mir ins gesicht (ihr piercing beim vorderzahn war einfach wiederlich) und meinte „nehmen sie einfach das was SIE schön finden“ und ging weg. Ihr anderes personal war auch nicht gerade besser, haben sich nichtmal entschuldigt für so ein benehmen oder mir weiterhelfen wollen.
I was recently buying my grandchildren's shoes and unfortunately had to wait a long time for a consultation from their workers. When I got my turn, the lady was very rude and could not explain to me which model was better for what. Where I addressed her then she laughed in my face (her piercing at the front tooth was just again) and said "just take what YOU love" and went away. Your other staff was not exactly better, did not even apologize for such a behavior or want to help me.

Aber als ich einmal das Geschäft betreten haben habe ich es direkt wieder verlassen weil in voller Lautstärke grausame musik lief! Ist mir bis jetzt nur einmal passiert
Friendly and helpful staff.
But as soon as I entered the shop I left it again because cruel music was playing at full volume! Has only happened once to me so far
