Die haben wirklich Erfahrung und haben mir in kurzer Zeit einen guten Eindruck schaffen können. Beide Modelle waren auch gleich zur Probefahrt bereit. Absolute Empfehlung!!! Kein Kaufdruck, super Beratung :) und Fachwissen (leider nicht überall Standard) I got advice from Kroneder about 2 scooter models last week. On the phone as on site everything was great and professional. They really have experience and have given me a good impression in a short time. Both models were also ready for the test drive. Absolute recommendation !!! No buying pressure, great advice :) and expertise (unfortunately not everywhere standard)

Nach kurzem Telefonat konnte ich den Roller am nächsten Tag hinbringen. Die Übergabe an den Fachbetrieb war schnell und fast unbürokratisch. Nach ca. einer Woche konnte ich den Roller wieder holen und die Reparatur bzw. die Kosten waren auch OK. Vielen Dank - dem ganzen Team! In contrast to what some other comments describe, I had a very good experience with the top specialist company. After a short phone call, I was able to bring the scooter there the next day. The handover to the specialist company was quick and almost unbureaucratic. After about a week I was able to get the scooter again and the repair and the costs were also OK. Thank you - the whole team!

Ein ausgemachter Service Termin der 3 Wochen in der Zukunft lag, kam nicht zu Stande da dieser nicht notwendig sei (laut Mechaniker). Grund dafür war ein "Klappergeräusch" und die Reparatur würde eiskalt 1000€ kosten. Ich war kurz geschockt aber dachte mir es wird schon nötig sein. Auf die Frage, wie lange dies dauern wird, wurde mir gesagt etwa 7-14 Tage. Nach 18 Tagen rief ich dort an, wie es ausschaut und warum sie sich nicht melden. Nach ca. 3 Minuten suchen der Sekretärin (was auch immer), bekam ich die Auskunft dass sie die Reparatur noch nicht einmal begonnen haben. 20 Minuten später holte ich mein Fahrzeug dort (unrepariert) ab und schwor mir, dass mich dieser Saftladen nie wieder sieht. Frechheit! Biggest cheek that I was ever allowed to experience! An agreed service appointment that was 3 weeks in the future did not come about as this was not necessary (according to the mechanic). The reason for this was a "rattling noise" and the repair would cost € 1000 freezing. I was shocked for a moment but thought it would be necessary. When asked how long this will take, I was told about 7-14 days. After 18 days I called them, how it looks and why they don't answer. After about 3 minutes of looking for the secretary (whatever), I got the information that they had not even started the repair. 20 minutes later I picked up my vehicle there (unrepaired) and swore that this juice shop would never see me again. Cheek!

Obwohl ich die Vespa nicht dort reparieren hab lassen (selbst ist der Mann) wurde sie mir zu einem sehr fairen Preis nach Aldrans vor die Haustür transportiert. Mitarbeiter und Chef sind immer sehr freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit, auch wenn es sich nur mal um einen Cent-Artikel handelt. Meine neue Stammwerkstatt. After a motor defect my GTS had to diagnose there. Although I did not have the Vespa repaired there (even the man is), it was transported to Aldrans on the doorstep for a very fair price. Staff and boss are always very friendly and take their time, even if it is only a cent article. My new master workshop.

Für den ersten Service habe ich sofort einen Termin bekommen. Hier fühlt man sich Willkommen. Wirklich empfehlenswert, macht weiter so! Friendly and very good advice! If I was allowed to test drive a Vespa without any problems - then I bought one, nothing else was turned on me. I immediately got an appointment for the first service. You feel welcome here. Really recommendable, keep it up!
