★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Werkstatt. Ich habe meinen Roller für ein routinemäßiges Service gebracht. 3 Wochen war der Roller in der Werkstatt. Man schrieb mir zuerst, dass alles soweit in Ordnung wäre. Kosten für Service 350 Euro. Dann kamen laufen Anrufe.,man müsste das und jenes noch machen.... nachdem ordentlich daran herumgewerkt worden war und einige kosten entstanden sind, teilte mir der Typ mit dass der Zylinderkopf kaputt sei. Ich fand dies sehr merkwürdig da er dieses Problem erst so spät erkannte {das ist kein Fachmann, dass ist abzocke mit System} ich habe das ganze dann abgebrochen da schon eine Rechnung von 800 Euro entstanden war. Das kaputte moped musste ich dann selber noch abschleppen.
Die Rechnung war auch ein Witz. Sie bestand lediglich aus Pauschalpreisen. Mein Rat an euch: Finger weg von dieser Werkstatt.!
 Very bad workshop. I brought my scooter for routine service. The scooter was in the workshop for 3 weeks. I was first told that everything was fine so far. Service costs 350 euros. Then came calls, you would have to do this and that ... .... after it had been properly noted and some costs were incurred, the guy informed me that the cylinder head was broken. I found this very strange because he only recognized this problem so late {this is not a specialist, it is rip off with a system} I then canceled the whole thing because an invoice of 800 euros had already been incurred. I had to tow the broken moped myself.
The bill was also a joke. It only consisted of flat rates. My advice to you: stay away from this workshop!

Der nette Mechaniker hat uns bei der Übergabe der Kymko Like 50 alles genau erklärt, bei einer Rückfrage rief Sandra sofort beim Kundendienst an, um alles genau zu klären. Jederzeit uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, toll auch immer wieder schnelle Antworten und Entgegenkommen!
