Wann immer ich auch nur kleine Probleme habe, brauche ich mich nicht scheuen dort anzurufen, weil am anderen Ende der Leitung ein offenes Ohr wartet, dass mir aufmerksam zuhört und mir bestmöglich zu helfen versucht. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!
Have been a customer of this company for 6 months and I am absolutely satisfied. Got household insurance and couldn't be happier with it. Whenever I have even the slightest problem, I don't need to be afraid to call them because there is an open ear waiting at the other end of the line that listens carefully and tries to help me as best as possible. I can really recommend it!
