Best wedding planners you can find! My new husband and I were delighted throughout the whole planning process and especially after the wedding! Everything from professionalism to quality of the team, taste, guest managers, suppliers and execution was top notch! The team gave us the wedding of our dreams. Don’t look any further!

Stefan and I had a magical wedding on Lake Wörthersee, Austria. For a little bit of context, I am American-Dominican and was planning an international wedding from the USA. A Very Beloved Wedding was the right company to plan our wedding from abroad - they were extremely responsive, understood what was important to us from the very beginning, and most, importantly, executed on a wedding that we could only dream of! Given that this was an international wedding and I did not speak the language, there were a few things that were very important to me, detailed below: (1)Wedding planning experience: I spent a few weeks researching wedding planners in Austria (I knew this would be one of the most important decisions we would make in our wedding planning journey) The quality of the pictures, reviews, and awards they received, made me feel confident that they would be the right wedding planners for us! (2)Communication: When planning a wedding, especially abroad, communication is crucial. Eli and Holger kept us informed of everything that was going on and also responded very promptly to all of our emails, which reduced a lot of stress for me. (3) Wedding planning and timelines: Stefan and I loved the professional way that Eli and Holger approached wedding planning-we knew when the timelines were, what would happen when, and what we needed to do by when. (4) Capturing what was most important to us: Eli and Holger did an amazing job of capturing what would was most important to us-they knew we wanted a wedding that would incorporate both of our cultures. Eli and Holger went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was incorporated (down to finding and essentially training a team on how to do an hora loca!) In summary-we had a great experience with AVBW and cannot imagine having gone with anyone else. The wedding itself was more beautiful than we imagined. Thank you so much!!!!!

Eli, Holger and their entire team created an amazing wedding for us. It exceeded our expectations. They have planned and executed many weddings and thus really know what they are doing. The process is structured and you can see that it has been refined over many years. They recommended excellent service providers. If you are looking for a great wedding planner for your special day, all I can say is that the team at A Very Beloved Wedding will not disappoint. After doing a long search in the web, and speaking with 6 different planners, I decided to go with AVBW. Our wedding was abroad, so we didn't have a chance to visit the venue beforehand or even to try the food and wine that was served; we had to trust AVBW entirely. It turns out that our wedding was far more beautiful and special than we can ever have imagined. The event was magical, the venue was perfect and the food delicious. The wedding itself was also a stress free day for us, we felt confident that everything was on track and didn't have to worry for a moment! We had a wonderful experience during the planning and at the three days wedding events thanks to the outstanding professionalism and exceptional creativity of A VERY BELOVED WEDDING. We have chosen a destination wedding and celebrated our events abroad in Italy. Elisabeth, Holger, Sandra, Kate and the other team members made such a great job that we felt all the time very comfortable during the planning and celebration.
