★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Verkäuferin in der Gablenzgasse. Habe von der Filiale im Auhofcenter in die Filiale Gablenzgasse gewechselt. Im Auhofcenter hat man mir ein kaputtes T-Shirt verkauft und dann behauptet, dass ich es nicht bei ihnen gekauft habe. Musste mich deshalb beflegeln lassen, obwohl ich schon Jahre Stammkunde war. Nie wieder, vielen Dank.
Very nice shop assistant in the Gablenzgasse. Have changed from the branch in Auhofcenter in the branch Gablenzgasse. In the Auhofcenter I was sold a broken T-shirt and then claimed that I have not bought it from them. I had to be fined for that, even though I had been a regular for years. Never again, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kennen bereits dieses Unternehmen, waren bisher immer im 3. Bezirk auf der Landstraße, jedoch dort ist das Personal eine Schande für dieses Unternehmen. Daraufhin starteten wir unseren Einkaufsbesuch in der Lugner City -- und --- ein super freundliches, fachlich kompetentes Personal ( uns wurde sogar Kaffee angeboten ). Also in diesem Fall Hut ab und bitte um kundenfreundlicheres Personal in der NL Landstrasse.
We already know this company, have always been in the 3rd district on the highway, but there the staff is a shame for this company. Then we started our shopping visit in the Lugner City - and - a super friendly, technically competent staff (we even coffee was offered). So in this case hats off and ask for more customer-friendly staff in NL Landstrasse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generell zu Ulla Popken.at, also online-Shop: hatte lange nach einer gerade geschnittenen 3XL-Herren Leinenhose gesucht mit Gürtelschlaufen, UP war der einzige Shop mit entsprechendem Angebot - absolut Klasse, hat vor kurzem diese Hose und noch 2 Shirts gleich nochmal bestellt. Gerne wieder. :D
Generally to Ulla Popken.at, i.e. online shop: had been looking for straight-cut 3XL men's linen trousers with belt loops for a long time, UP was the only shop with a corresponding offer - absolutely great, recently ordered these trousers and two more shirts again . Gladly again. : D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale hatte leider nicht vorrätig weswegen ich extra hingefahren bin, wer eine größere Auswahl will sollte woanders schauen. Auf Rückfragen hin war die Dame von der Kasse über das Sortiment nicht so informiert, wie ich es aus anderem Filialen kenne. Ansonsten aber sehr nett!
Unfortunately, the branch was not in stock, which is why I went there, if you want a larger selection, you should look elsewhere. In response to inquiries, the lady at the checkout was not as informed about the range as I know from other branches. Otherwise very nice!
