H	Helmut und Sylvia Zach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich gut organisiert, aber die Leute an den Tischen sind offensichtlich teilweise total überfordert, da sehr, sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man erreichen möchte, dass die Leute a) nichts ablegen auf den Tischen - vor allem am Letzten!!! würde ich vorschlsgen, ein grosses Schild anzubringen und nicht einen Zettel, der auf dem Tisch davor liegt. Viele sehen diesen leider nicht. Wenn man schon der Allgemeinheit einen Dienst erweist und 1 Stunden in Kauf nimmt um sich "freiwillig" testen zu lassen, nur damit man zum Friseur oder der Fußpflege gehen kann, sollte man sich nicht auch noch anschnauzen und ann auch noch nachäffen lassen müssen, dass man wohl nicht lesen kann. Sehr unfreundlich, unprofessionell und nicht empfehlenswert! Schade! Aber was will man schon erwarten...... If you want to ensure that people a) don't put anything on the tables - especially the last thing !!! I would suggest putting up a large sign and not a piece of paper lying on the table in front of it. Unfortunately, many do not see it. If you are already doing a service to the general public and accepting 1 hour to get tested "voluntarily" just so you can go to the hairdresser or foot care, you shouldn't also have to sniff at yourself and have to be mimicked that you can't read. Very rude, unprofessional and not recommended! Pity! But what do you expect ...

Die bringen es nichteinmal zusammen, die schriftlichen Testergebnisse den richtigen Personen zu zuordnen. Meinen Befund bekam jemand anderer. Und das ging nicht nur mir so. Wo bleibt der Datenschutz? Auch sonst, organisatorisch miserabel. Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich. Beschwerden bei 1450 bringen nichts. Es wurde mir zwar versprochen, dass ich den auf meinen Namen richtig ausgestellten Befund per Mail bekomme. Habe aber nichts erhalten. Somebody else got my report. And it wasn't just me. Where is the data protection? Otherwise, organizationally miserable. Employees extremely unfriendly. Complaints at 1450 do not help. Allerdings ging das dort überhaupt nicht. Nur in Oberlaa. Verschwendete Fahrt und schlechte Organisation Endless misinformation !! Für Neulinge wird sich die Zeit genommen um die Vorgehensweise zu erklären. (Bis zum Ersten Schalter der Teststrasse) Das medizinische Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich und geduldig. Alles wird genau, mit ruhiger und freundlicher Stimme, beschrieben. Es gibt zwar, während der Wartezeit (15min) zur Auswertung, keine Sitzmöglichkeit aber aufgrund der Umstände auch verständlich. Timpul de asteptare e minim ( 25 de minute cu rezultat cu tot pentru testul antigen) si este gratuit. Puteti găsi loc de parcare in imediata apropiere.
