Sie ist nicht nur ausgesprochen nett u kompetent sondern hat aus meiner schwierigen feinen Haarpracht alles rausgeholt was ging ;-) War alles in allem eine angenehme nette atmosphäre! Bin äußerst zufrieden!!!!!!! Was with Sarah today. She is not only very nice and competent but has gotten out of my difficult fine hair all that went ;-) All in all a pleasant nice atmosphere! I am extremely satisfied !!!!!!!

Als sie am Montag gekommen sind hat man sie nicht verschicken wollen nur gebeten in 20min wieder zu kommen da auch viele andere Kundschaften da waren. Darauf hin wurden SIE NUR SIE sehr laut und setzten ihre Mutter einfach auf einen freien Stuhl!!! Ein sehr netter Herr hat Sie dann sogar vorgelassen da er selber bemerkte wie ausbrausend Sie waren!! Sie fingen an die Frisörin so fertig zu machen das die Salonleitung dazu kam, ihnen noch erklärte das es verschiedene Arten von BLOND gäbe und das man das in RUHE klären könnte weil andere Kundschaften auch noch da wären. Aber das hat sie ja nicht interessiert!! Als dann noch ihr Vater dazu kam wurde er auch noch aufbrausend (meiner Empfindung nach sogar Agressiv)!! Drohte dem netten Herr der ihre Mutter noch vorgelassen hatte eine aufs MAUL zu geben wenn er sich noch einmal drein mischt!!! Ich und auch die anderen Kundschaften fanden das Benehmen von ihnen sehr beschämend gegenüber den Angestellten so wie den Kundschaften!!!! Ich kann nur eines sagen bin jahrelang schun in diesen Salon, da sind profesionelle Frisörinen und sehr sehr freundlich!!! Ich kann nur noch eines sagen, wenn man Respekt erwartet sollte man auch andere mit Respekt behandeln was anscheinend nicht ihr Interesse war!!! Sabrina Heinz I would like to say something! I was also present on this Monday. When they arrived on Monday they did not want to send them out but just asked to come back in 20min as there were many other customers. After that, YOU ONLY YOU were very loud and put her mother on a free chair !!! A very nice gentleman has let you then even as he himself noticed how effervescent you were !! They started to finish the hairdresser so that the salon line came to them, explained to them that there were different types of BLOND and that you could clarify this in silence because other customers were still there. But that did not interest her !! Then when her father came to it, he was also hot-tempered (in my opinion, even aggressive)! Threatened to the nice gentleman who had let her mother down to give a maul if he mixes again !!! I and the other customers found the behavior of them very shameful towards the staff as well as the customers !!!! I can only say one thing is for years in this salon, there are professional hairdressers and very very friendly !!! I can only say one thing, if one expects respect one should also treat others with respect which apparently was not their interest !!!
B	Bernhard Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für ein 3 jähriges Kind für Spitzen und Stirnfransen schneiden ohne waschen und föhnen - ca 5 minuten Arbeit - 16,50 euro verlangen/kassieren ist eine Frechheit!!! !Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen! 0 Sterne vergeben geht leider nicht For a 3 year old child to cut lace and forehead fringes without washing and blow-drying - about 5 minutes of work - asking / collecting 16.50 euros is a cheek! ! Absolutely not to be recommended! Assigning 0 stars is unfortunately not possible

Das man für selber Föhnen 6 Euro zahlen muss ist eine Frechheit You are friendly. Man gets an appointment quickly. And are also fast. BUT. That you have to pay for your own blow dryer 6 euros is a joke
L	Lia G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und man kommt auch ohne Termin schnell dran. Wartezeit beträgt ca. 1 Stunde ohne Termin. War schon 3 mal Kunde und war 2 mal sehr zufrieden und einmal weniger. Es kommt auch sehr auf die Frisörin drauf an, aber grundsätzlich sind sie alle gut und alle sehr nett. Very nice and you can get there quickly even without an appointment. Waiting time is approx. 1 hour without an appointment. Has already been a customer 3 times and was 2 times very satisfied and once less. It also depends a lot on the hairdresser, but basically they are all good and all very nice.
