Beim Betreten des Shops wurde mein Freund liebevoll mit einem Lächeln von dem jungen Mädel am Tresen begrüßt, nachdem ich gesichtet wurde verdunkelte sich der Blick. Hatte wohl damit zutun, dass Mann der aufgesetzt freundlichen jungen Dame gefallen hat ? Naja, das ist ja eigentlich nicht der springende Punkt...im Hinterzimmer war eine weitere Dame am Weg, war dort wohl "etwas Besseres", auch von ihr kein "Hallo", nur ein weiterer abwertender Blick von oben nach unten. Mein Freund (20 Jahre) wollte seinen Tarif wechseln, daraufhin kam die äußerst sympathische Dame (Ironie off) aus dem Hinterzimmer, zeigte auf irgendeinen Kindertarif und meinte in einem äußerst fraglichen Tonfall "weißt eh, Kids, da brauch ma den Ausweis". Als mein Freund dann sagte, dass er wohl alt genug sei wurden wir mit einem "das nächste Mal den Papa mitnehmen" verabschiedet. Komisch, dass das überaus kompetente Personal (das ist dieses Mal völlig Ernst gemeint) bei MediaMarkt nebenan uns sofort helfen konnte. Für die Herrschaften dort war es wohl nix neues, von der Unkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit der 2 Mädels aus dem 3 Shop zu hören. Ende. Once and never again. Upon entering the shop, my boyfriend was lovingly greeted with a smile by the young girl at the counter, after I was sighted the view darkened. Probably had something to do with the fact that the man who was wearing the friendly young lady liked it ? Well, that's actually not the whole point ... in the back room there was another lady on the way, was probably "something better" there, also no "hello" from her, just another derogatory look from top to bottom. My friend (20 years) wanted to change his tariff, and then the extremely likeable lady (irony off) came out of the back room, pointed to some children's tariff and said in an extremely questionable tone "you know, kids, so I need my ID". When my friend said that he was probably old enough, we said goodbye with "take dad next time". Funny that the extremely competent staff (this time we mean it seriously) at MediaMarkt next door could help us immediately. For the gentlemen there it was probably nothing new to hear about the incompetence and unfriendliness of the 2 girls from the 3 shop. The End.
