Nachdem eine der Angestellten sich verschnitten hat, und man mich während des Besuchs nicht einmal auf den Fehler hingewiesen hat, hat man als ich mich beschwert habe mir gesagt dass es "zu den Zeiten in denen wir leben es viel schlimmeres gibt" und man es unmöglich findet dass ich auch nur auf die Idee komme jemanden darauf anzusprechen.
Extremely rude and unprofessional.
After one of the staff made a misjudgment and they didn't even point out the mistake during the visit, when I complained they told me "there are far worse things to do in the times we live in" and it was impossible finds that I only come up with the idea of speaking to someone about it.
