The way of providing food and preparing food live in front of customers is amazing.
Let me tell you, this restaurant has best chefs, and they cook each dish in front of their customers. Even we can ask for little customisation also.
Staff is super cool. The staff member, Schiwan is so professional and leading the front desk. Super cool.

Very good restaurant with perfect menu and a good way to order and build your own dish. Fresh basil and rosemary are fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always delicious but I have one major Problem - I go and order a tomato soup for take away every single day for lunch and every time I get different sizes. Sometimes I order a small one and it's quite full, another time I order a large one and get less or the same amount as in a small one.. Any chance you (or Vapiano) can make some standardized amounts? I mean it's not a big deal but if I pay extra for a large one then I'd like it to be different to a small one :)

The restaurant is hosting European Championship public viewing until 23:30!!!
The guests are screaming all night.
After the match, the completely drunk guests stay around the place/street yelling and honking their cars until 00:30 on TUESDAY EVENING.
Sleeping is impossible even with closed windows.
Disgusting that this is allowed by the bar for extra profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good. Gluten free options are always great at a vapiano. First time at this one so we thought maybe they changed the rules in terms of everyone needing a card. The lady at the front didn't give us a second card(even though my daughter speaks German and asked for one). When we checked out the same lady accused us of lying that we were trying to get out of paying for something even though 2 meals were on the one card. It wasn't a great feeling. So if you go don't leave the front without a card for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional cook. More interested in flirting with a female customer than serving customers in line. Then he had no Fusilli - which Vapiano has no Fusilli?! As if that was not enough, I had to repeat my order 3 times because his mind was not on the job. Lastly had wait for the salad while the pasta goes cold. Why not prepare the salad while the pasta is cooking?! Such unprofessional behaviour is enough to spoil one’s appettite.
An elderly couple sitting close by seemed to have even more complaints.
In his defence, the manager did stop us while leaving and asked for feedback. He wanted to invite us for a coffee to discuss further, which i declined. He said he will look at the videos and talk to his staff as such behaviour is unacceptable - which it is.
