Menüauswahl ist leider durchwachsen und in letzter Zeit subjektiv nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Oft geht es recht flott, dann wieder geht ihnen das Essen aus und es dauert länger, bis es endlich Nachschub gibt. Beim Salatbuffet gehen leider regelmäßig gewisse Sorten aus, die dann nicht mehr oder nur nach Hinweisen durch Gäste nachgefüllt werden (zB Krautsalat). Je nachdem, wer die Essensausgabe macht, wird manchmal mehr oder weniger an den Portionsgrößen gespart. Jedenfalls ist man klar drauf bedacht, die Portionsgrößen möglichst überschaubar zu halten. Das finde ich zu Zeiten von all-you-can-eat-Buffets etwas schade, da ich leider nicht immer ganz satt werde. Fazit: Das Potenzial ist durchaus gegeben, wird derzeit aber leider nicht ausgeschöpft. Well thought-out catering concept (inclusion) and very friendly staff. The menu selection is unfortunately mixed and lately, subjectively, not as good as it used to be. Often things go very quickly, then again they run out of food and it takes longer until there is finally a supply. Unfortunately, the salad buffet regularly runs out of certain varieties that are no longer refilled or only refilled after guests have given instructions (e.g. coleslaw). Depending on who does the food distribution, sometimes more or less is saved on the portion sizes. In any case, one is clearly careful to keep the portion sizes as manageable as possible. I think that's a bit of a shame at times of all-you-can-eat buffets, because unfortunately I don't always get completely full. Conclusion: The potential is there, but unfortunately it is currently not being used.
S	Silvia Potzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Gassenverkauf ist super! Mit dem eigenen Behälter kommen und Müll vermeiden- eine super Idee und sollten mehrere verfolgen! Das Essen ist natürlich auch top! The street sales are great! Come with your own container and avoid rubbish - a great idea and several should be pursued! The food is of course great too!
