C	Clemens Eisserer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Katastrophe! Habe mehrere V-TAC LED-Lampen die bei normaler Benutzung defekt wurden (ca. 30% Ausfallquote) zu VTAC Österreich (!!) geschickt. LED_Birnen wurden weder ausgetauscht noch retourniert mit dem Hinweis, ich hätte sie nach Rumänien schicken sollen. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen kamen die defelten LED-Birnen kommentarlos zurück - wobei ich 10€ Zollgebühr zu bezahlen hatte. Kurzum: Ein Hersteller der zwar vorgibt 2 Jahre Garantie zu gewähren, es aber quasi unmöglich macht, diese in Anspruch zu nehmen. Schlussendlich bleibt der Kunde sowohl auf den defekten Produkten als auch auf zusätzlichen Kosten einfach sitzen. Hände weg! Service disaster! I sent several V-TAC LED lamps that were defective during normal use (approx. 30% failure rate) to VTAC Austria (!!). LED_Bulnen were neither exchanged nor returned with the note that I should have sent them to Romania. After asking several times, the defensive LED bulbs came back without comment - and I had to pay a customs fee of € 10. In short: a manufacturer who claims to give a 2-year guarantee, but makes it virtually impossible to take advantage of it. In the end, the customer is left with both defective products and additional costs. Hands off!
