Das Licht ist sehr angenehm. Great and high quality products. We installed some LED downlights at home 5-6 years ago and are still working perfectly. The light is very pleasant.

Nun, als einige Leuchtmittel zu tauschen sind (und dies auf Grund der komplexen Beleuchtungskörper von einem Laien nicht gemacht werden kann) versuchten wir seit über 4 Wochen telefonisch und per Email insgesamt sicher mehr als ein dutzendmal jemanden von dieser Firma dazu zu bringen, ein Service und Reparatur zu machen. Bis heute völlig ergebnislos. Kein renommee für eine renommierte Firma! We are very disappointed! Our entire ordination is equipped with products from XAL. Well, when some lamps need to be replaced (and this cannot be done by a layperson due to the complex lighting fixtures), we have been trying for over 4 weeks by phone and email to get someone from this company to provide a service more than a dozen times and make repairs. Until today completely inconclusive. No prestige for a well-known company!

Ich warte seit einen Tag auf eine Nachricht wohin ich meinen defekten Strahler senden kann. The lights are nice and good. I would like to return a defective LED spotlight out of warranty (4 years old) for repair. I'm waiting for a day for a message where I can send my broken spotlight.
