T	Thomas Nemeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute ein Ups Paket in diesen Shop zurück schicken wollen. Der Mann möchte keinen QR Retour Retoure ausdrücken, obwohl es möglich ist. Ist sehr unfreundlich nicht einsichtig sowie faul. Wenn ihnen das nicht passt soll Ich in einem anderen Shop geheh. Ich bin der einzige im 3.Bezirk keift mich der Mann an. Also so eine Frechheit sondern gleichen. Der S ist geschlossen obwohl es 09:30 ist. Frechheit sondern gleichen I wanted to send an UPS package back to this shop today. The man does not want to express a QR return return, although it is possible. Is very unfriendly, not insightful and lazy. If that doesn't suit you, I should go to another shop. J	Juli A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Öffnungszeiten sind eine absolute Frechheit! Der Mann ist da, wann er möchte... Er telefoniert auch lieber und sieht sich Sport an, als dass er Kunden bedienen würde... Mein Paket hat er nicht gefunden, dafür hat er mir ein falsches gegeben mit falschem Namen und gemeint, hier wurde nur was falsch ausgedruckt. Dass der Fehler bei ihm lag, wollte er nicht einsehen! Ich durfte das falsche Paket schlussendlich selbst an die Dame zustellen oder wie er gemeint hat "oder behalte selbst". Absolute Frechheit!!! Ich hoffe, meine Pakete werden nie wieder hier her gschickt!!!! The opening hours are an absolute cheek! The man is there when he wants... He also prefers to be on the phone and watch sports than to serve customers... He didn't find my package, so he gave me the wrong one with the wrong name and said that something was printed out wrong here. He didn't want to see that it was his fault! In the end I was allowed to deliver the wrong package to the lady myself or as he said "or keep it for yourself". Absolute cheek!!! I hope my packages are never sent here again!!!!
E	Ena Markov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sogar 1 Stern ist viel zu viel!!!! Öffnungszeiten stimmen vorne und hinten nicht, stand gestern vor geschlossener Tür! Bin extra heute ganz früh hin und auf der Tür hängt ein Zettel „Aus familiären Gründen geschlossen, ab Montag 21.02. ab 9 Uhr wieder da.“ .. wir haben heute den 17.02.!!! Ernsthaft?! Wozu nimmt man dann Pakete noch an, wenn man weiß, dass man tagelang geschlossen haben wird?! Reinste Verarsche!!! Schlimmster UPS Access Point! Even 1 star is way too much!!!! Opening hours are wrong in the front and back, stood in front of the closed door yesterday! I went there very early today and there is a note on the door "Closed for family reasons, from Monday 21.02. back from 9 a.m..” .. today is February 17th!!! Serious?! Why do you still accept packages when you know that you will be closed for days?! Pure foolishness!!! Worst UPS Access Point!

I come the next morning, again needing to take time off work (the shop is conveniently open only during times when most professional people have to be at work - 9:30 until 12:00 and 15:30 until 18:00) only to learn that they DON'T have my package!??! UPS and the Aufsperrdienst Kandov are the most terrible, dreadfully painful experience.
