They kept the package when I refused to pay and refused to communicate with me or answer numerous phone calls and emails. Basically they are guilty of theft. I would never use them much less entrust them with any important documents or delivery.

My friend send me 50 masks from china for my Family, the transport fee was almost 90Eur, it was 3x more than UPS, and then, DHL asked me to pay 6Eur tax to Austria along with 18Eur processing fee, this makes no sense and never use DHL again, because they are THIEF!!!!
A	Adrian Boghean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I got in the situation to buy cancer medicine in Austria and then I had to send them to my relatives in Romania. I paid extra for insurance which was fairly priced: 1€ for every 100€. Cancer medicine is very expensive and the insurance was a great deal for me. The man that took care of my package was incredible friendly, polite and helpful. He calmly answered my questions and explained to me everything I need to know. Thank you once again! The shipment arrived in good condition in exactly 51 hours, faster than expected. This was a life-saving package and DHL did a great job. Thank you all!
S	Stephen Reeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent delivery service and terrible customer service. DHL delivered my client’s package without a signature, and the package was stolen. Then when it was acknowledged by DHL that their driver delivered it without a signature, DHL requires me to submit a bunch of paperwork for a “refund” they give me a small fraction of the amount, all the while the “customer service” agent that deals with my claim writes rude and condescending e-mails explaining the situation. DHL cost twice as much as by post, and don’t require a signature or provide insurance. Sending with DHL is a mistake.
