D	Deneme Exit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ruft man an einem Montag Vormittag an um ein Termin zu vereinbaren und bekommt die Antwort an einem anderen Montag(!) erneut anzurufen. Über die Wartezeit in der Leitung ganz zu schweigen. You call on a Monday morning to make an appointment and get the answer to call again on another Monday (!). Not to mention the waiting time on the line.
S	Sophie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich google extra wann die Schmerzabulanz offen hat geh zu der Uhrzeit hin mit starken Weisheitszahnschmerzen und werd mit dem Satz "nein für Schmerzpatienten haben wir heute nicht offen" weggeschickt.... Ich geh heim ärger mich schon ein bisschen, Google noch mal nach, ob ich mich vertan hab, les weiter unten :für Schmerzen (z. B Weisheitszahnschmerzen) ist die Zahnklinik immer da...???? I google extra when the pain tolerance is open go to the time with strong wisdom tooth pain and get sent away with the sentence "no for pain patients we haven't open today" .... I'm going home angry a bit, google again, If I made a mistake, read below: the dental clinic is always there for pain (e.g. wisdom tooth pain) ... ????
F	Fair Play on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meinem Sohn dort, und ich verstehe die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht! Sehr sehr freundliches Ärzte Team! Mein Sohn ist schmerzfrei und happy! Waren im Behandlungsraum 31 DANKE AN DAS Team! Went there today with my son and I don't understand all the bad reviews! Very friendly team of doctors! My son is pain free and happy! Were in treatment room 31 THANKS TO THE TEAM!
K	Kerstin Fasching on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reinste Frechheit, die "Dame" (oder sollte man sie lieber Furie nennen) an der Rezeption, ist die unfreundlichkeit in Person. Verstehe nicht wie man so jemanden auf Patienten loslassen kann. Die sollte lieber irgendwo eingesetzt werden wo sie alleine in einem kammerl sitzt!! Echt das Letzte!!! Pure cheek, the "lady" (or should you rather call her Fury) at the front desk, is the unfriendliness in person. Don't understand how to let someone like that go on with patients. It should be used somewhere where it sits alone in a chamber !! Really the last!

Hätte gerne eine Erklärung wofür es eine Zahnklinik gibt, wenn man dort mit mehr Schmerzen nach Hause geschickt wird!! Mit der Begründung...gehen sie am Montag zum Arzt, wir können keine Füllung bzw Wurzelbehandlung machen, dass dauert zu lange!! Warum gibt es eine Zahnklinik??? Selbst ein Lehrling hat mehr wissen!!! Mehr als eine Frechheit!!! Cheeky, if there were 0 stars, that would be appropriate! I would like an explanation of what a dental clinic is for when you are sent home with more pain !! With the reason ... go to the doctor on Monday, we cannot do a filling or root canal treatment, that takes too long !! Why is there a dental clinic ??? Even an apprentice has more knowledge! More than a cheek!
a	am on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich die Deutsche Sprache beherrsche, würde ich wegen meinem Namen diskriminiert. Mehrmals wurde mir gesagt das ich zum anderen Zahnarzt gehen soll. Behandlung war sehr schlecht. Am falschen Zahn würde angefangen und alles hat sehr lange gedauert. Bin mit mehr Schmerzen und Schwellung raus gekommen. Although I speak German, I would be discriminated against because of my name. I was told several times to go to the other dentist. Treatment was very bad. It would start on the wrong tooth and everything took a long time. Got out with more pain and swelling.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für was gibt es diese Klinik, wenn man NACH der Behandlung mit mehr Schmerzen, Entzündung und Schwellung mit Eiter heimgeht und auf Nachfrage nicht einmal Medikamente/Antibiotika bekommt sondern nur auf einen Termin beim Zahnarzt verwiesen wird. Nach zweimaligem Besuch, bei dem es jedes Mal schlechter war als zuvor, war ich bei einem sehr netten Zahnarzt der Notdienst hatte- habe sofort eine vernünftige Behandlung und Antibiotikum bekommen, weil es sonst mit einer Blutvergiftung(!!) geendet hätte. Unsensibel, inkompetent und absolut herabschauende Umgangsweise mit Patienten, nicht zu empfehlen! What is this clinic for if AFTER the treatment you go home with more pain, inflammation and swelling with pus and if you are not even given medication / antibiotics, you are only referred to an appointment at the dentist. After two visits, each time worse than before, I was on emergency duty at a very nice dentist - I immediately received sensible treatment and antibiotics, because otherwise it would have ended with blood poisoning (!!). Insensitive, incompetent and absolutely downward dealing with patients, not to be recommended!
