K	Kerstin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz termin sehr lange Wartezeiten . 5 Stunden warten ist sehr sehr lange . Aber sie arbeiten alle so schnell wie möglich , und sind sehr bemüht . Trotzdem der Warteraum überfüllt ist sind die Ärzte und das Team sehr freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit . Auch zu Kindern sind sie überaus Freundlich . Es wäre nicht fair weniger Sterne zu geben . Despite very long waiting times. Wait 5 hours is very very long. But they all work as fast as possible, and are very hard-working. Even though the waiting room is overcrowded, the doctors and the team are very friendly and take their time. They are also very friendly to children. It would not be fair to give less stars.
R	Robert Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste an einem Samstag die HNO Klinik aufsuchen, da meine erste Ärztin mir ein falsches Antibiotikum verschrieben hat und meine Schmerzen und Probleme immer schlimmer wurden. Musste kaum warten und die unfassbar freundlichen Schwestern und der Arzt kümmerten sich schnell und sehr gut um mich. Dankeschön an alle :) Had to go to the ENT clinic on a Saturday, because my first doctor has prescribed me a wrong antibiotic and my pain and problems were getting worse. I hardly had to wait and the incredibly friendly sisters and the doctor took care of me quickly and very well. Thanks to everyone :)
M	Mladen Boroja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stationäre Aufnahme sehr unfreundlich (1. Stock) So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Würde ich niemanden empfehlen sich dort behandeln zu lassen. In-patient admission very unfriendly (1st floor) I've rarely seen anything like this. I would not recommend anyone to be treated there.

Von der ersten Minute an fühlte ich mich in guten Händen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Von dem Erstgespräch über die Operation bis hin zu den Tagen danach wird man hier best möglich versorgt. Diese Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Motivation von diesen Team war beeindruckend, weiter so! Großes Lob und nochmals Dankeschön an das gesamte Team im LKH HNO 2.Stock!!!! I had to have an operation for health reasons and was hospitalized here for a few days. From the first minute I felt in good hands and was not disappointed. From the initial consultation to the operation to the days after, you will be given the best possible care here. The friendliness, helpfulness and motivation of this team was impressive, keep it up! Great praise and thanks again to the entire team in the LKH ENT 2nd floor !!!!

I came without an appointment at the end of the ambulance hours, but only had to wait an hour and was treated very friendly and competently. Thanks!

Im 2' Stock stationaer, beste Betreuung kompetent, menschlich, sehr freundlich. Had a difficult operation. The preliminary examinations in the outpatient clinic were perfectly planned, hardly any waiting times. Medically fully competent. Stationary on the 2' floor, best care, competent, human, very friendly.

V	Vipul Dhingra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is pathetic that for a seasonal throat infection, there's no other place to go but rather this city hospital because it's saturday and every other doctor prefers to relax. Wait, it's also almost impossible to get appointments during the week because there aren't enough doctors in the city. Also, during the week, they just work part time when you look at their Öffnungszeiten. ☹
