Möchte mal sehen wenn die Lieben vor Ort mal auf was 5 Stunden warten müssten!! ( auf ihren Tisch im Restaurant oder so ) Wait is a joke !!! With appointment over 5 hours is really not funny anymore !!! I would like to see if the loved ones on site have to wait for what 5 hours! (on her table in the restaurant or something)

Ein kleines Minus. Ich hatte ein Jahr Wartezeit. Und der Aufklärungsbogen gehört definitiv überarbeitet. Da SteHen Sachen drin die in der Augen Klinik so nicht gemacht werden. Had on 9.9. Der Warteraum am Gang Ambulanz ist eng und es treibt so manchen Patienten den Schweiß auf die Stirn. 20181022 Besseres System bei den Wartezeiten. positiv ! positive: very friendly, accommodating and empathetic nursing staff and doctors. negative: the waiting times are impossibly long, despite the agreed appointments. The waiting room in the ambulance corridor is tight and it makes some patients sweat on their foreheads. 20181022 Better system for waiting times. positive!

Wenn man Schmerzen hat wird man nicht wahrgenommen... ich versteh jeden Stress und natürlich auch alle die einen Termin haben und auch so schnell wie möglich drankommen möchten. Nur bin ich schon auch der Meinung das man scherz Patienten auch ernst nehmen sollte. Ich weiß das nörgelnde Patienten nicht immer einfach sind und das sich der eine oder andere sehr bemüht es allen recht zu machen, ich werde aber ungeduldig wenn ich Schmerzen habe, da kann ich nicht 3 std. herum sitzen und leiden. Da kommt mir immer vor als würden die Angestellten im Krankenhaus glauben das sie was besseres sind??? Waits under all sow. If you ask someone you get snippy answers. When registering so unfriendly. P	Patricia Cattaneo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde in der Nacht mit Blaulicht eingeliefert. Danach musste ich fast 2 Stunden warten, obwohl ich die einzige Patientin war. Der Arzt hat sich danach nicht mal 2 Minuten Zeit für mich genommen. Er war sehr unfreundlich und hat mich nicht ernst genommen, obwohl mein Auge sehr stark geschwollen war und ich nichts mehr sehen konnte. Er schickte mich wieder nach Hause. Eine absolute Frechheit! ? Die Schwellung ist bis dato nicht zurückgegangen und ich muss selbst schauen, wo ich bleibe. Man wird nicht umsonst mit Blaulicht eingeliefert aber die Herrschaften nehmen die Situation nicht ernst genug! Was admitted during the night with flashing lights. After that I had to wait almost 2 hours even though I was the only patient. The doctor didn't even take 2 minutes for me afterwards. He was very rude and didn't take me seriously, even though my eye was very swollen and I couldn't see anything. He sent me home again. An absolute cheek! ? The swelling has not decreased to date and I have to see for myself where I am. You are not brought in with a blue light for free, but the gentlemen are not taking the situation seriously enough!

Sehr freundliche und kompetente ÄrztInnen und AssistentInnen, es wird alles verständlich erklärt. Short waiting times, super organized in view of the current hygiene measures. Very friendly and competent doctors and assistants, everything is explained in an understandable way.
