★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei uns ist Aussenrollo am Balkon zusammen gefallen. Eine andere Firma hat uns mitgeteilt, daß die in eine Woche!!! kommen können sich das erst anschauen, was eigentlich passiert ist und was zu tun ist- lächerlich!!!.
Universal Fenster ist noch am gleichen Nachmittag gekommen und in ca 1Stunde war alles behoben.Von der Dame am Telefon bis die zwei Mitarbeiter, die bei uns waren kann man nur Lob aussprechen. Professionell, schnell, freundlich. Kann man nur empfehlen!
With us, the outside blind on the balcony has collapsed. Another company has told us that they will be in a week! come and see what actually happened and what to do - ridiculous !!!.
Universal Fenster came in the same afternoon and everything was fixed in about 1 hour. From the lady on the phone to the two employees who were with us, you can only express praise. Professional, quick, friendly. I can only recommend it!
