d	drea ria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mich bezüglich Aussenjalousien erkundigen, habe in der Früh angerufen, ob ich gleich vorbeikommen kann, was bejaht wurde. Als ich dann eine halbe Stunde später im Geschäft war, wurde mir gesagt, dass erst am Nachmittag ein Techniker vor Ort ist, der sich meiner Anfrage widmen kann. Nun wurde ich 4 Tage später zurückgerufen, mit der Information, dass technisch alles machbar ist, aber ein Preis nur gegen Bezahlung von 96 Euro genannt werden kann. Zum Abschied wurde mir noch mitgeteilt, dass mit meiner Anfrage jetzt unnötig Zeit verloren wurde. Danke für nichts, es wundert mich nicht, dass immer weniger Leute zum Fachhändler gehen, wenn sie so bedient werden. Die Zeit, die ich unnötig verloren habe, um aufgrund einer Fehlinformation des Personals vergeblich in den Schauraum zu fahren, ist natürlich nichts wert. Die Jalousien für mein Büro und die neuen Fenster für mein Haus werde ich sicherlich woanders kaufen. Sehr geehrtes Eota-Team, es tut mir leid, Sie gestört zu haben, es wird mit Sicherheit nicht mehr vorkommen. S	Sackl Picka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen, keine Abzocke! (hatte einen anderen Kostenvoranschlag für ca. 2.800 Euro, hier hab ich nicht mal 200 Euro bezahlt!) ?? Kostenvoranschlag kam innerhalb eines Tages (Kosten pro Stunde und geschätzter Zeitaufwand), auf Rückruf vom Techniker für die Terminvereinbarung hab ich eine Woche gewartet, aber dann innerhalb von 3 Werktagen einen Termin bekommen! Die Zeit-/Kostenschätzung hat gepasst und mein Fenster, das ich vorher nicht mehr gut zubekommen habe, schließt wieder wunderbar und alle 8 Fenster sind gewartet. ad andere Kommentare bzgl. unfreundlicher Techniker: ich hab es es als Wiener Charme empfunden, am Anfang etwas ruppig und dann wirklich super nett! Highly recommended, no rip off! (had another estimate for about 2,800 euros, I didn't even pay 200 euros here!) ?? Quotation came within one day (cost per hour and estimated time), I waited a week to call the technician to make an appointment, but then got an appointment within 3 working days! The time / cost estimate was correct and my window, which I hadn't gotten well before, closes again wonderfully and all 8 windows are serviced. ad other comments regarding unfriendly technicians: I found it Viennese charm, a bit rough at the beginning and then really super nice!

Nachdem ich mehrfach angerufen und gsmst hatte, kam nach 30 Minuten ein Rückruf und mir wurde von dem extrem arroganten und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass er ein falsches Adresse gehabt hätte. Warum er mich nicht einfach angerufen hat, konnte er nicht schlüssig erklären ("wenn ich arbeite, telefoniere ich nicht"). Schade, nichts als Ärger und vergeudete Zeit. Unfortunately, very disappointing. I was transferred to the first appointment for a tour. After I called and gsmst several times, a call came back after 30 minutes and the extremely arrogant and unfriendly employee informed me that he had the wrong address. He couldn't explain why he didn't just call me ("when I work, I don't phone"). Too bad nothing but trouble and wasted time.

Die Leute von EOTA haben mit sehr viel Geduld und Kompetenz alles wie gewünscht geplant und durchgeführt. Ich kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen. t	thomas pregesbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe bei eota die hochwertigsten fenster und terrassentüren von internorm bestellt: bestell- und planungsprozess noch ok. dann allerdings: lieferung von teilbeschädigten fenstern, einbau durch eine subfirma, die über den auftrag nicht wirklich bescheid wusste (kein passendes werkzeug und material mit), nicht önorm gerechter einbau mit falschem material (dichtbänder für innen wurden außen angebracht), nach einigen wochen wieder öffnen der fassade/verblechung und neues verkleben, dann gab es diese firma nicht mehr (bzw. den entsprechenden kontakt), letztlich über monate sich erstreckender versuch der terminkoordination zur mängelbehebung und schließlich wieder nur teilfertigstellung der außenfassade bei den fenstern. also: schade, dass ein qualitätsprodukt derartig schlecht den weg zum kunden findet und somit absolut keine empfehlung der firma eota (produkt top, jedoch einbau und kundenbetreuung letztklassig). have ordered the highest quality windows and patio doors from internorm from eota: the order and planning process is still ok. then, however: delivery of partially damaged windows, installation by a sub-company that did not really know about the order (no suitable tools and material included), installation in accordance with the standard using the wrong material (sealing strips for the inside were attached outside), again after a few weeks Open the facade / sheet metal and glue again, then this company no longer existed (or the corresponding contact), ultimately an attempt to coordinate appointments to remedy the defect, which lasted for months, and finally only partial completion of the outer facade of the windows.
