Insgesamt sehr positive Erfahrung und ich kann Prof. Dorotka nur weiterempfehlen. My chronic knee problems were cleared up very competently by Prof. Dorotka and he took enough time to answer all my questions. Overall very positive experience and I can only recommend Prof. Dorotka.
C	Clemens T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit akuten Rückenschmerzen nach einem Röntgen zum Ortho-Zentrum ohne Anmeldung. Bei anderen Orthopäden hätte ich frühestens Termine 3Wochen später erhalten. Wartezeit ca. 75min Es waren Personen im Warteraum mit Terminen die auch länger warten mussten. Diagnose: sachlich, kein Smalltalk, ich wurde ausführlich über das Problem informiert und was ich dagegen tun kann. Schlussendlich wurde mir angeboten den akuten Schmerz mit eine Spritze zu verringern was ich auch angenommen hatte (mit Erfolg) Fazit: ohne Termin nach 90min mit Diagnose und Schmerzlinderung nach Hause Zur Anmeldung: Wer es gewohnt ist im 1.Bezirk mit "Guten Tag, was kann ich für Sie tun" begrüßt werden möchte ist hier falsch. Man sollte halt schon die Überweisung inkl. E-card in der Hand halten dann läuft alles nach Plan. I went to the Ortho Center with acute back pain after an X-ray without registering. Finally, I was offered to reduce the acute pain with an injection, which I had accepted (with success) Conclusion: without an appointment after 90 minutes with diagnosis and pain relief home For registration: Anyone who is used to being greeted with "Hello, what can I do for you" in the 1st district is wrong here. You should hold the transfer including the e-card in your hand then everything will go according to plan.

Insbesondere Dr. Ziai war sehr mitfühlend und professionell bei der Lösung meines Problems. bei der Terminplanung sind auch Flexibel. A professional and competent team. R	Romana Helene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir dort meine Einlagen machen lassen. NIE WIEDER! Diese waren falsch angefertigt. Kein Wunder, denn es wurde nur miteinander getratscht. Ich hätte deswegen starke schmerzen, Entzündungen an den Sehnen. Und konnte 2 Wochen nicht gehen. Einfach schrecklich. Achja, mega lange Wartezeit. Ich saß dort mit einen akuten Bandscheibenvorfall und wartete 2 Stunden! Trotz Corona. Seit 2 Jahren habe ich nie bei einem Arzt bzw. Spital so lange gewartet. I had my deposits made there. NEVER AGAIN! These were wrongly made. No wonder, because it was only gossip to each other. I would have severe pain because of it, inflammation of the tendons. And couldn't walk for 2 weeks. Just awful. Ah yes, a long wait. I sat there with an acute herniated disc and waited 2 hours! Despite Corona. For 2 years I have never waited so long at a doctor or hospital.
G	Ger Hard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Ohne Termin nach etwas Wartezeit behandelt worden(Bandscheobenvorfall) Röntgen- und MR Bilder hatte ich mit. Bei einem anderen Orthopäden wäre ich erst frühestens im April durch eine lange Akut Warteliste an die Reihe gekommen!! Excellent! Was treated without an appointment after a little waiting time (prolapsed ligaments) I had X-ray and MR images with me. With another orthopedist, it would have been my turn in April at the earliest due to a long acute waiting list!!

No explanation is given even if you explicitly ask for it. Another poor group that treats the symptoms but leave your problems. Add the unhappy faces and rude behaviour on top of this. It is a madhouse.

When I arrived there were lots of people in line - lots of walk ins - I walked up to notify the stuff that I had an appointment. Was told to get in line. 15 min later I am asked whether I want to see Dr. So and so - „Yes, I have an appointment with him at 8am“ - when I walk up to them at 8.35 I am told Dr. So and so is not yet in. „How can you give me an appointment with a doctor at 8 am and that Dr. Is not even in the house half an hour later?“ Next think she shouts at me: „it is not my fault, I just work here.“ I am so tired of this nonsense. Treat the people you work for with respect! I am still waiting for that doctor to show up. Obviously they think it does not matter whether you see this or another doctor...

Personnel in reception rather unfriendly. It seems to be a clinic specializing in the treatment of patient insured at the state insurance organization.Even if announced that they are also treating patients paying privately it seems that this group has to cope with extra waiting time.
