Der Warteraum überfüllt in Corona Zeiten und die Wartedauer mit Termin eine Frechheit. Die Assistentsärztinnem sind zuvorkommen. Das passt. Wenn man jemand was fragen möchte bekommt man nur schlimme Antworten . Auch von der Ärztin die für mich zuständig war für Augendruck messen , ihre Antwort warten ich habe auch noch nicht Mittag gegessen ! Der arme Patient muss sich das alles anhören !Aber die Fr Doktor ?‍⚕️ hat ja den Beruf gewählt ! Habe dann am Schluss einen sehr netten Arzt bekommen den sein Name ich schon kannte ! Herr Dr hat mir dann sehr geholfen und meine Sache angeschaut ! Ging mir mit dieser guten Hilfe wieder besser !!Danke Herr Dr P !!Hoffe ich muss nicht so schnell in die Augenklinik Innsbruck Augen Klinik Ambulanz 1stock Organizationally just really bad! Not at the counter where you have to register! If you want to ask someone something, you only get bad answers. Also from the doctor who was responsible for measuring eye pressure, waiting for her answer I haven't had lunch yet! The poor patient has to listen to all of this! But the doctor ?‍⚕️ has chosen the profession! At the end I got a very nice doctor whose name I already knew! Mr. Dr then helped me a lot and looked at my case! Das Personal ist sehr professionell und auch freundlich. Natürlich muss man mit Wartezeiten rechnen, da der Zugang aufgrund von Notfällen nicht planbar ist. Zudem muss ich sagen, dass sich die Ärzte wirklich die notwendige Zeit bei der Behandlung nehmen. It was the second time I went to the clinic because of a germ in my eye and I can't understand the reviews here. The staff is very professional and friendly too. Of course you have to expect waiting times, as the access cannot be planned due to emergencies. I also have to say that the doctors really take the time they need to treat it.
