Sicherheitshalber noch ein weiteres mal aufgerufen um weitere, ev. nicht sichtbare, Verletzungen nach einem Absturz in den Bergen auszuschließen. Freut mich, daß in Tirol auch Steirer behandelt werden. Als Nichttiroler gilt man bekanntermaßen ja nicht als Mensch ? Many thanks to the very hard-working team! Mai 2021) on duty war: nette und entgegenkommende Empfangsdame bei der Aufnahme /Registrierung, kompetente und freundliche Ärzte und Assistenzpersonal (Röntgen, CT und Gipsassistent incl.), rasche Abwicklung, gute Beratung, selbst eine Prise Humor fehlte nicht ? - danke und allen ein ehrlich verdientes Lob! Erfreulich zu erleben, dass selbst in Zeiten wie jetzt eine angenehme und professionelle Atmosphäre an der Unfallambulanz herrscht. ??? A	A Gutsch (Gutsch_A) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert. Eingeliefert mit schwerer Knieverletzung, ließ man mich durch die gesamte Unfall hüpfen. Weder Krücken, noch ein Rollstuhl zur Selbsthilfe waren verfügbar. Ein Rollstuhl, welcher von einer anderen Person geschoben werden kann, wurde mir angeboten... jedoch wurde ich nie abgeholt und musste mich erneut selbst zu den einzelnen Räumen begeben. Die behandelnde Ärztin war äußerst unfreundlich. Ihre Diagnose (Kreuzbandriss und mehr) war außerdem falsch - kann ich ihr jedoch nicht verübeln, da man zuerst ein MRT braucht, um dies eindeutig festzustellen. Der nächstmögliche Termin hierfür war erst in 2 Wochen. Ich musste mir also selbst um einen Termin innerhalb der nächsten 24 h schauen. Somit habe ich mich beim Gelekpunkt Innsbruck behandeln lassen. Diagnose: Kochenprellung (alles innerhalb von 2 Stunden). Einen zweiten Stern gibt es für die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang, Röntgen und des Assistenzarztes. Trotzdem war das mein letzter Besuch in der Unfallambulanz Innsbruck. Not recommended. Arrived with a severe knee injury, I was allowed to hop through the entire accident. Neither crutches nor a wheelchair for self-help were available. A wheelchair that can be pushed by another person was offered to me ... but I was never picked up and had to go to the individual rooms again. The attending doctor was extremely unfriendly. Her diagnosis (cruciate ligament tear and more) was also wrong - but I can't blame her, because you need an MRI first to determine this clearly. The next possible date for this was only in 2 weeks. So I had to find an appointment myself within the next 24 hours. So I got treatment at Gelekpunkt Innsbruck. Diagnosis: bruising of the boil (all within 2 hours). There is a second star for the friendliness of the reception staff, X-rays and the assistant doctor. Nevertheless, it was my last visit to the Innsbruck accident clinic.
P	Patrick Kiefer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst: es ist eine Unfallambulanz. Je nach Patientenaufkommen und anderer Faktoren wartet man manchmal ein wenig. Das ist aber völlig klar und auch in Ordnung. Es ist schließlich kein Hotel. Die Behandlung war immer sehr professionell, genau wie die Abklärung im Vorfeld. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden und würde natürlich jederzeit wieder dort hingehen. Es geht um Identifikation von physischen Gebrechen und deren Erstbehandlung. Ich kann darum die Wortmeldungen meiner Vorredner hier nicht unterstützen. Wer maximale Empathie und psychisch Hilfe braucht, der findet dies gewiss an einem anderen Ort. Dafür ist eine Unfallambulanz nicht da. Ich kann die Unfallambulanz uneingeschränkt empfehlen. It's not a hotel, after all. The treatment was always very professional, as was the preliminary clarification. I was always very satisfied and of course I would go there again at any time. It is about the identification of physical ailments and their initial treatment. I cannot therefore support the comments made by previous speakers here. If you need maximum empathy and psychological help, you will certainly find it in another place. An accident ambulance is not there for that. I can unreservedly recommend the accident clinic.
M	Moni Sprenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Enkelin Mia 3Jahre wurde gestern am 8.3.2022 bestens versorgt .Von der Rettung angefangen bis zur Aufnahme ,Röntgen Gipsen alles super funktioniert.Die Menschlichkeit wurde auch nicht vergessen.Schienbeinbruch .Danke an Alle die daran beteiligt waren??? My granddaughter Mia, 3 years old, was well taken care of yesterday on March 8th, 2022. From the rescue to the recording, X-ray casts everything worked great. Humanity was not forgotten either. Shin bone fracture. Thanks to everyone who was involved ???
O	Oceans Eleven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine kleine Tochter hatte einen Unfall. Versorgung war wirklich gut. Jedoch sind diese Covid Maßnahmen die hier umgesetzt werden einfach nur krank. Unfallambulanz waren genau 5 Leute im Warteraum, wir waren zu 2. und haben die kleine versorgt. Trozdem musste meine Mutter (wir hatten beide ein Genesenenzertifikat) den Warteraum verlassen. Aus medizinischer Sicht wohl absolut nicht nachvollziehbar und nicht gerechtfertigt was hier grade passiert. Und dann wundern weshalb die Leute auf den Strassen demonstrieren gehen. Man sollte schon den Hausverstand einschalten wenn man mit einem Kleinkind blutüberströmt in die Notaufnahme kommt und alles was zählt sind die Covid Verordnungen. ??? My little daughter was in an accident. Supply was really good. However, these Covid measures that are being implemented here are just sick. Accident ambulance there were exactly 5 people in the waiting room, there were 2 of us and we took care of the little one. Despite this, my mother (we both had a recovery certificate) had to leave the waiting room. From a medical point of view, it is absolutely incomprehensible and unjustified what is happening here. And then wondering why people are demonstrating on the streets. You should use common sense when you come to the emergency room with a toddler covered in blood and all that matters are the Covid regulations. ???

Hut ab vor diesen netten kompetenten Mitarbeitern! In Zeiten wie diesen,immer noch den Menschen und den Humor bewahren! Mein größter Respekt! Had an accident at home, was taken straight away and treated very well. And the most important, the human was never forgotten! Hats off to these nice competent employees!
