Heute, einen Tag nach der Operation habe ich aufgrund der Nachkontrolle wieder mehr als 100 % der Sehkraft. Sensationell! Eines ist klar. In wichtigen Sachen zahlt es sich aus, einen Arzt mit großer Erfahrung, entsprechender Kompetenz und Professionalität zu konsultieren. Darum habe ich Herrn Dr. Klaus Miller aufgesucht. Die Entscheidung war richtig. Meine große Anerkennung an Herrn Dr. Miller, Frau Dr. Inga Waltl und das gesamte Team für die perfekte Behandlung und vielen Dank dafür, dass ich jetzt wieder sehen kann, wie in meiner Jungendzeit! Als ich dann nach Erstellung der Rechnung von 180.- noch einen Befund anforderte würden mir 20.- Euro verrechnet. Das find ich unter Kollegen nicht korrekt, habe aber die Rechnung bezahlt mich per email beschwert aber niemals eine Antwort erhalten. Wir werden uns einen anderen Augenarzt suchen. The ophthalmological control of my daughter was to the complete satisfaction. When If I then asked for a report after the 180.- invoice was issued, I would be charged EUR 20.-. I don't think that's correct under colleagues, but paid the invoice, complained by email but never received an answer. We'll find another ophthalmologist.
