Das gekaufte Kleidungsstück war nach dem ersten Waschgang (entsprechend Pflegehinweis) eingelaufen und nicht mehr zu tragen. Mir wurde unterstellt, zu heiß gewaschen zu haben, was definitiv nicht stimmte. Kundenservice ist etwas anderes. Kaufe dort bestimmt nie wieder ein! Really rude branch manager. It was about a complaint. The purchased item of clothing had run in after the first wash (in accordance with the care instructions) and could no longer be worn. I was accused of washing too hot, which was definitely not true. Customer service is different. Definitely never shop there again!

NIE WIEDER !!! Child was not allowed to go to the toilet although it was pointed out that it was urgent, of course after 10 minutes it was too late, even though there was shopping there !! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Man muss selbst um Hilfe fragen u sich entschuldigen, dass man stört. Der Kunde wird hier nicht betreut oder beraten. For me the rudest and WORST shop in Linz. Nobody asks if you can be helpful. You have to ask for help yourself and apologize for bothering you. The customer is not looked after or advised here.
