Ware ging nach kürzester Zeit kaputt, ich wurde bei der Reklamation von 4 Verkäufern bedrängt und dann auch noch vor Zeugen belogen was die Reparatur anging. Versprochen wurde mir auf meinen Wunsch das defekte Kleidungsstück an den Hersteller zu schicken. Wochen später teilt man mir am Telefon mit - haben wir doch nicht gemacht sie können jetzt zum Abholen kommen. Auf den Hinweis dass mir dreist ins Gesicht gelogen wurde, ging man nicht ein. OUTRAGEOUS! Incredibly bad customer service! Goods broke after a short time, I was pressed in the complaint of 4 sellers and then lied before witnesses what the repair was concerned. I was promised to send the defective garment to the manufacturer at my request. Weeks later you tell me on the phone - we did not do it now they can come to pick up. On the note that I was lied to the face, you did not enter.

Kein Wunder, dass man seine Designer Kleidung lieber online bestellt als in Geschäften, wo man von unfähigem Personal bedrängt und herablassend behandelt wird. Customer service more flop than top. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. No wonder people prefer to order their designer clothes online rather than in stores where incompetent staff harass and condescend them.
D	Daniel X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort einen Anzug gekauft. Leider. Die Auswahl war für mich sehr klein. Es "passten" gerade mal 2 Anzüge, und das auch nicht perfekt. Die Verkäuferin hat mir versichert, dass der Anzug umgeändert werden kann, sodass er passt. Jetzt passt er zwar, sieht aber optisch unansehnlich aus, wegen mehrerer Falten am Rücken. Dafür habe ich extra 50 Euro mehr bezahlt. Ich würde empfehlen nicht dort umändern zu lassen und am Besten einen Anzug zu kaufen, der passt. Ich habe dort nur dieses Einzige Mal eingekauft und habe nicht vor, es wieder zu tun. Der Anzug war zwar mit 300 Euro nicht viel teurer als im Internet. Aber leider hat mich die Verkäuferin auch nicht gut beraten, was ich jetzt auch weis. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie nicht wusste, wie ein Anzug richtig sitzt, ich denke eher, dass sie mir einfach den Anzug anschwatzen wollte, wider Besseren Wissens. Bought a suit there. Unfortunately. The choice was very small for me. Only 2 suits "fit", and that wasn't perfect either. The saleswoman has assured me that the suit can be changed so that it fits. Now it fits, but looks unsightly because of several folds on the back. For this I paid an extra 50 euros more. I would recommend not having it changed and the best thing to do is to buy a suit that fits. I've only shopped there this one time and have no plans to do it again. At 300 euros, the suit wasn't much more expensive than on the Internet. But unfortunately the saleswoman didn't give me good advice either, which I now know. I don't think that she didn't know how a suit fits properly, I think rather that she just wanted to talk me into the suit, against her better judgment.

Heute fühlte ich mich derart bedrängt, dass ich den Laden fluchtartig verlassen habe. Und dabei hatte fest vor etwas zu kaufen. Good selection and good quality. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that unfortunately never leaves your side. Today I felt so harassed that I fled the store. And at the same time firmly intended to buy something.
