★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frotzelei! Kein Wunder dass die meisten Häuslbauer in OÖ mittlerweile auf die Förderung verzichten. Wenn ein Unternehmen solche inkompetenten Mitarbeiter beschäftigen würde, dann wäre dieses nicht überlebensfähig. Energieausweise werden mit schwachsinnigen Begründungen abgelehnt. Ich kann jedem Häuslbauer nur empfehlen auf die Förderung beim Neubau zu verzichten! Kosten/Nutzen ist einfach miserabel!
Banter! No wonder that most house builders in Upper Austria are now foregoing funding. If a company were to employ such incompetent employees, it would not be able to survive. Energy certificates are rejected with foolish reasons. I can only recommend every house builder to forego funding for new buildings! The cost / benefit is just miserable!
