★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24h Foyer hat um 23.55 geschlossen.Danke. Bin seit über 20 Jahren Kunde aber jetzt wird es Zeit für einen Wechsel! Nur mehr kassieren und null Service. Zum Kotzen!!??
The 24h foyer is closed at 11.55 p.m. Thank you. Have been a customer for over 20 years but now it's time for a change! Just cash more and zero service. Sucks !! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht die beste Filiale. Teilweise herablassende Art mit dem Kunden zu kommunizieren. Leider fehlt hier der Spaß an der Arbeit. Mein Anliegen wurde nicht gelöst. Öffnungszeiten bis 13 Uhr ist für Berufstätige absurd.
Not the best branch. Partly condescending way of communicating with the customer. Unfortunately, there is no fun at work here. My concern was not resolved. Opening times until 1 p.m. is absurd for working people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Gutschrift einer falsch gebuchten Gebühr ist erst nach vielen Wochen und zwei Terminen vor Ort erfolgt. Zumindest war das Personal bemüht und freundlich.
The credit of a wrongly booked fee is made only after many weeks and two appointments on the spot. At least the staff was helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Mitarbeiter,leider unter dem Druck dass die Geräte speziell die Cash Manager nur teilweise funktionieren. Längere Öffnungszeiten speziell zur Weihnachtszeit wären wünschenswert
Nice staff, unfortunately under pressure that the equipment especially the Cash Manager only partially work. Longer opening hours especially at Christmas time would be desirable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale ist ganz ok. Recht viele Geldbehebungsautomaten finden sich in der Bank. Es herrscht meist reges Treiben und ab und zu muss man trotz der vielen Automaten ein wenig warten. Die Bankfiliale selbst wirkt etwas beengt, das Personal ist aber in der Regel recht freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Branch is ok. There are quite a few ATMs in the bank. There is usually a lot of activity and from time to time you have to wait a little despite the many machines. The bank branch itself seems a bit cramped, but the staff are usually quite friendly and helpful.

Für so ein zentral gelegene Filiale, die schon ab Mittag zu ist, es ist ein sehr schlechtes Kundenservice.... es ust Zeit für ein Wechsel.
Bei online girokonten, ohne persönlichen Kundenservice zählt man wesentlich weniger Geld für gleiche Leistung ?
It's no joke - open only until 12:30.
For such a centrally located branch, which is open from noon, it is a very bad customer service .... it is time for a change.
With online checks, without personal customer service you count considerably less money for the same performance ?
