Best Vietnamese restaurant in austria

A	Anthony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really odd experience here, when we first entered the restaurant host just shook her head gesturing there was no space. We pointed at the bar to see if it’s ok, and she said sure. She appeared to be the only person working in a packed restaurant, and that was understandable, but the wait was still really long. After 40 minutes, our order came out, but one of them was wrong. There was no apology or anything, just a reaction in disbelief thinking that we got the order wrong, and not her. (Note: there is no language barrier because we also spoke Vietnamese). She wasn’t rude at all, but acknowledgment would’ve been appreciated. We grabbed utensils from another table (since we were at the bar and none were offered, which they did bring out later once they saw). There is no water or offer of any water. These are all standard restaurant procedures, and not sure why this would all be missed. We got the second dish after a total of 55 minute wait. She did then say a quick sorry. They also didn’t accept credit card, which was really inconvenient because we did not have enough cash. I would give this a 2-star for really poor service, but the food was very good and they allowed USD which saved us a trip to the ATM
R	Ruben Vrolijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place!! We arrived at Wien Mitte quite late from the airport and this was the only place kind enough to serve us some food even though it was closing time. The food was excellent, I love eating Pho en theirs was absolutely spot on. Low price, big portions, and tasty fresh Vietnamese food. If it wasn't for the somewhat cooler temperature you'd think you are actually in Vietnam;) If I could find a place like this in my own city I'd eat there every week

Interior is modest, but they serve absolutely delicious summer-rolls with peanuts sauce which cost quite little. You can pre-order food by telephone and pick it up later. They are sooo friendly with the clients and the children. We love this place.

J	John S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible restaurant. Bad food and they charge your credit card for food which you never had. They blame all on MJAM but they dont give you your money back. Also nobody were wearing masks inside during Covid!!
A	Andreas Reischl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, nice little Vietnamese place. Very friendly team, quick service and quite tasty dishes. It might not be the most chic interior, but the quality of the food makes more than up for it. We had a very nice time and it got quite packed in the evening, so I guess a reservation is not a bad idea. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful in choosing what to get. A good choice of drinks compliments the menu and there is something on there for everybody, I am sure. When it's warmer out, you can also sit outside. Of course, take away is offered as well.
R	Rosaline Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well have to say, the food tastes okay, like really okay... the portion is really small and the price is rather high for the portion what's more terrible is the waiting time, 1 hour for two small dishes, seriously???? they only have one chef in the kitchen and one waitress to serve 10+ customers, how is this small restaurant able to handle that?
A	Andy Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great value-for-money place and has a few very tasty dishes as well. The pho soups were rather blunt, but the various curries have great taste. The atmosphere is nonchalant, almost a bit boring, as it has none of the Asian decoration other similar established facilitate. Nevertheless it's a recommendation from me!
