J	Jasna Grujic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So lange man nicht's braucht ist bie Bank super aber so bald man Beratungen braucht merkt man das die da drine richtige Anfänger sind. Google abfragen kann ich selbst brauch kein Berater dafür... aber leider im mein Fall war Google abfragen (von Beraterin) einzige Möglichkeit Antwort auf eine einfache Frage zu bekommen die leider auch nich zu richtige Lösung führte. As long as you don't need it, the bank is great, but as soon as you need advice you will notice that they are the right beginners. I can not query Google myself, I don't need a consultant for this ... but unfortunately in my case Google query (from consultant) was the only way to get an answer to a simple question, which unfortunately did not lead to the correct solution.

Eine Frechheit im Kundenservice und ob das gesetzlich gedeckt ist, bezweifle ich ganz stark. Bitte meiden! Attention: Non-customers will not be changed! ... mind you, it was about a 200 euro note in Austria! I very much doubt an insolence in customer service and whether this is covered by law. Please avoid!

Wir sind Menschen die einen Job haben, daher können wir nicht jedesmal frei nehmen, wenn wir etwas benötigen !!!!!! The opening hours are a joke !!! Whoever manages to get to the bank every 12:30. We are people who have a job, so we can not take any time off when we need something !!!!!!

Aber irgendwann muss man sich überlegen, ob nicht eine Grenze erreicht ist. Bei diesen Öffnungszeiten habe ich als normal arbeitender Mensch keine Chance, ein persönliches Bankgeschäft zu erledigen. It's clear banks are cutting costs by cutting staff and moving services to the grid. But eventually you have to think about whether a limit has been reached. At these opening hours, as a normal-working person, I have no chance of doing my personal banking business.
