R	Rene Mansour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeiten für die Kassa sind ein Witz! Meistens nur eine Kassa offen und da geht nie was weiter. The waiting times for the cash desk are a joke! Most of the time there is only one cash desk open and nothing goes on there.

Als meine Frau freundlich fragte, ob es nun wegen eines simplen Notenwechsels noch lange dauern wird, da sie schon 20 Minuten hier sitzt, kam die freche Antwort: “Sind sie froh, dass sie nicht stehen müssen“. Solche Mitarbeiter gehören nicht an diesem Platz und wahrscheinlich gar nicht in eine Bank. The customer service of the branch in Baden leaves a lot to be desired. When my wife kindly asked whether it would take a long time because of a simple change of notes since she had been sitting here for 20 minutes, the cheeky answer came: "Are you glad that you don't have to stand". Such employees do not belong in this place and probably do not belong in a bank at all.

Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme zur Filiale mühevoll fast unmöglich. Service by all means nobody can be reached by phone only the serviceline U cannot connect Waiting time for a simple letter 2 months Contact by means of a callback is not taken seriously. Any contact with the branch is almost impossible.

Liebe Bank Austria, wenn schon eine Filiale nach der anderen geschlossen, zuehen Sie sich eventuell ganz aus Österreich zurück. Unzumutbar! 1 machine not enough banknotes. 1 machine completely out of order. Dear Bank Austria, if one branch after the other is already closed, you may want to look back completely from Austria. Unreasonable!

Auf persönliche Anliegen wird prompt reagiert. Personal support always very courteous. Never had waiting times. Appointments are always kept on time. We respond promptly to personal concerns.

Die Frage muss gestattet sein, wenn die Mitarbeiter in der Filiale so gut darin sind die Kunden an andere Stellen Automaten, online..) zu verweisen, warum braucht es diese Mitarbeiter dann überhaupt noch. Komischerweise ist das in Wiener Bank Austria Filialen kein problem. Apparently there is no possibility to make transfers in cash (not even for business customers). The question must be allowed, if the employees in the branch are so good at referring the customers to other locations, vending machines, online ...), why are these employees still needed? Strangely, that's not a problem in Bank Austria branches in Vienna.

Aber was ich gestern in Baden erlebt habe ......................war echt lobenswert!!! Ich kam unangemeldet an Nachmittag in die Filiale und wurde sofort freundlich begrüßt und weitergeleitet.. Mein Berater ich nenne Ihn aus Datenschutzgründen mal Mr.X war super freundlich und kompetent. Ich möchte mich auf diese Weise beim Team und MR.X recht herzlich bedanken. und freu mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. So sollte es überall sein... DANKE!!! Hello, everyone! So unfortunately I don't have a personal advisor anymore, but a whole team of advisors :-) which is not only bad. But what I experienced yesterday in Baden ...................... was really commendable! I came to the branch unannounced in the afternoon and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and passed on. My advisor, I call him for data protection reasons, Mr.X was super friendly and competent. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team and MR.X very much. and I'm already looking forward to the next time. This is how it should be everywhere ... THANKS!!!
X	XL0_0]X awn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da die Bank recht zentral liegt, ist recht viel los. Das Ticketsystem schafft da gut Ordnung. (man sollte zeitlichen Spielraum einplanen) Beratung war freundlich und kompetent ^^. Since the bank is quite centrally located, there is quite a lot going on. The ticket system creates order here. (you should plan time leeway) Advice was friendly and competent ^^.
