Alles top gepasst - jederzeit wieder! Very quick response - goods were sent at short notice with express delivery (shortly before Christmas without additional costs!) And only because of the post office only on December 27th. arrived. Everything fit perfectly - again at any time!

Als ich noch um technische Auskunft gefragt habe bekam ich zur Antwort wo ich die camera gekauft habe, danach hab ich ehrlich zugegeb das ich es bei Media Markt gekauft habe. Dann hat der Herr Schneider persönlich auf stuhr gedreht und gesagt das ich dort um technische Auskünfte fragen soll und das sich die beim Media Markt nicht auskennen. Finde ich kindisch, hätte mir den Adapter und auch bestimmt ein gebrauchtes Objekt gekauft und so geht man auch nicht mit Kunden um. Jedenfalls haben sie es geschaft, ich betrete ihr Geschäft bestimmt nicht mehr, auch nicht für ein Passbild, das ich schon öfter bei ihnen gemacht hab.. Just wanted to order an adapter from the gentleman. When I asked for technical information I got the answer where I bought the camera, after that I honestly admitted that I bought it at Media Markt. Then Mr. Schneider personally turned on stuhr and said that I should ask for technical information there and that they didn't know about Media Markt. I think it's childish, I would have bought the adapter and certainly a used object, and that's not how you treat customers. In any case, they did it, I won't go into their shop again, not even for a passport photo, which I've often taken with them..

Dort war eine fast neue Gebrauchtkamera auf Lager. Nach einem sehr netten Telefongespräch bzgl. Schwierigkeiten mit der von mir vorab gewählten Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), wurde unverzüglich eine Lösung angeboten. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Erhalt der Lieferung vergingen nur 4 Tage (mit Wochenende dazwischen). Alles in allem perfekt gelaufen. Danke! Kann Foto Schneider GmbH nur empfehlen. After my old Sony camera was defective and I wanted to have the same model again, I found what I was looking for at Foto Schneider GmbH. There was an almost new used camera in stock. After a very nice phone call regarding difficulties with the Sofortüberweisung (Klarna) I had chosen in advance, a solution was offered immediately. Only 4 days passed from the first contact to the receipt of the delivery (with a weekend in between). All in all it went perfectly. Thank you! I can only recommend Foto Schneider GmbH.

Eine Anfrage nach der Lieferzeit wurde schnell beantwortet, mit dem Angebot die Kamera für mich zu reservieren. Es war die letzte, die noch auf Lager war. Der Versand und die Zustellung erfolgte nach Bestellung innerhalb weniger Tage. Verpackung sehr gut, was bei Versand wirklich wichtig ist. While looking for a specific camera, I found out about Foto Schneider. A request for the delivery time was answered quickly, with the offer to reserve the camera for me. It was the last one left in stock. Shipping and delivery took place within a few days of ordering. Packaging very good, which is really important when shipping.

Ursprünglich wurde mir gesagt, dass es ca. 6 Wochen dauern wird laut Hersteller. Am Ende waren es nur ca. 3 Wochen. Die Lieferung aus Österreich nach Deutschland war dann sehr schnell, nur ein paar Tage. Und alles hat gut geklappt!! +++++ I had a great experience with this seller. I bought the GFX 250mm 3.5. It was on sale, with an "out of stock" status. Originally I was told that it will take about 6 weeks according to the manufacturer. In the end it was only about 3 weeks. The delivery from Austria to Germany was then very fast, just a few days. And everything went well!!
