M	Ma Sabixx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Fr. G. vom Kreditkartenservice. Für mehrere Kollegen mussten Passwörter angefordert und Kreditkarten wieder reaktiviert werden. Fr. G. war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, obwohl wir wirklich SEHR oft telefonierten ;-) Herzlichen Dank nochmals für die unkomplizierte und prompte Erledigung unserer Anliegen! MFG Sabrina M. A huge thank you to Ms. G. from the credit card service. Passwords had to be requested for several colleagues and credit cards had to be reactivated. Ms. G. was extremely friendly and helpful and always had a smile on her face, even though we called VERY often on the phone ;-) Thank you very much again for the uncomplicated and prompt handling of our concerns! In einer sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und unter vorbildlicher Einhaltung der Corona Regeln konnten wir alles aus meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit lösen. Herr Emre Genc hat mich bestens betreut. Hier fühlt sich die Kundin Königin! I opened an account at BAWAG Baden today - after I was turned away by a bank the day before because I only had a non-Austrian identity card - and found extremely friendly employees. In a very pleasant atmosphere and with exemplary compliance with the Corona rules, we were able to solve everything from my complete satisfaction. Mr. Emre Genc looked after me very well. Here the customer feels queen!

Aber wer eine tolle Beratung wünscht, sein Geld sinnvoll investieren möchte ist bei den Kundenbetreuern in Baden bestens aufgehoben. Alle Mitarbeiter sind stets bemüht und freundlich und zudem merkt man auch das sich das Personal untereinander gut versteht. Wer also hier unzufrieden ist, soll sich bitte bei Raika und der Volksbank melden ? The branch in Baden is great! Vielen Dank! Solche kundenorientierten Bankberater, welche die Anliegen der Kunden schnell erfassen und ergebnisorientiert handeln braucht es in einer Bank. Die nette blonde Dame am Empfang war auch sehr freundlich und hat sogar gefragte ob man was Trinken mag! Bin sehr begeistert und man fühlt sich sehr wohl als Kunde! If you could I would give it 10 stars! I made an appointment, everything was great and Mr. Stankovic gave me great advice! The nice blonde lady at the front desk was also very friendly and even asked if you like something to drink! I am very enthusiastic and you feel very comfortable as a customer!

Es war vorher schon immer sehr viel los, aber jetzt ist es unerträglich Never seen a bank with such bad service before !! I'm a corporate customer, but these cash desk opening times (9-13) don't work at all !! It was always very busy before, but now it's unbearable
