t	tyl3r1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte leider etwas in der Bank zu tun... Und ich bin froh, kein Kunde dort zu sein oder ein Konto dort zu haben. Lange Wartezeiten, andere Kunden die nach mir die Nummer gezogen hatten, kamen ALLE vorher dran(4). Es lohnt auch nicht vorher in der Hotline anzurufen, welche Dinge man braucht, damit man gewissen Dinge erledigen kann und gut vorbereitet ist. An Ort und Stelle wurden ganz andere Dinge benötigt. Unfortunately, I had something to do in the bank ... And I'm glad not to be a customer or have an account there. Long waiting times, other customers who had drawn the number after me, ALL of them got there first (4). It is also not worth calling the hotline beforehand to find out what things you need so that you can do certain things and be well prepared. Very different things were needed on the spot.

Mitarbeiter total inkompetent und gleichgültig, es besteht gar kein Interesse an (Neu)kunden ... Bitte zusperren! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Wanted to open an account, but nothing is possible in the branch without a registration form, but online? logical?? Employees totally incompetent and indifferent, there is no interest at all in (new) customers ... Please lock up!
R	RD 42 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War früher in der Filiale Andritz, die wurde aber leider aufgelassen. Seitdem bin ich mit Onlinebanking ausgekommen. Jetzt war doch wieder ein echter Bankbesuch nötig. Aber ohne Voranmeldung braucht man in der Herrengasse nur hin wenn man sehr viel Zeit mitbringt. Wartezeiten schlimmer als beim Arzt. Aus der alten Filiale war ich gewohnt, dass man für kurze Erledigungen nach kurzer Wartezeit immer schnell einen freien Mitarbeiter gefunden hat, und Anmeldung nur für ausführliche Gespräche mit seinem Berater notwendig war. Hier wird man von einem Mitarbeiter mit einer Nummer begrüßt und muss in einer Wartehalle warten bis die Nummer dran ist. Obwohl nur wenige Nummern auf der Anzeigetafel waren, ging nicht viel weiter. Mir ist dann zu langweilig geworden und ich bin unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen. Used to be in the Andritz branch, but unfortunately it was closed. Since then I've gotten by with online banking. Now a real visit to the bank was necessary. But without an appointment you only need to go to Herrengasse if you have a lot of time. Wait times worse than at the doctor's. From the old branch, I was used to the fact that you could always find a free employee for short errands after a short waiting time, and that registration was only necessary for detailed discussions with your advisor. Here you are greeted by an employee with a number and have to wait in a waiting room until the number is answered. Although there were only a few numbers on the scoreboard, not much went further. Then I got bored and left without having achieved anything.
