★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent seller said she didn’t know how to help us and has offered us to do everything at home by ourselfs and in case we don't know how -only in that case- return to her. Incompetent seller said even that our iPhone was offline, wenn it was online in the bag all the time. Very dissapointed with incompetence or maybe just laziness of the Apple consultant. Won't go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100 out of 10. I bought an adaptor from the store several months ago and probably threw away the receipt at the same time. Recently the adaptor somehow did not work for my MacBook Pro anymore. It worked for another MacBook Pro I used as a workstation, and it also worked for random Macbooks in the store. It just didn't work for my Macbook suddenly. Sales/Technicians here is super kind. They speak English. They are willing to help. They exchange a new adaptor for me even without a receipt. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would prefer to give negative stars, if there was an option. Please don't go here. Sellers are incompetent. They take zero responsibility of the products that hey sell. On top of that they are extremely rude. They won't think twice before lying on your face. Especially, don't buy anything from xoxo from them. It's just a new scheme to rob the people, especially students. It's really sad. Unfortunately, I'll have to take the legal way to deal with them. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with them.
