Interne Vorgaben (z.B. schleppende Abwicklung) mindern jedoch die Gesamtbewertung, schade! Staff are always friendly and always tried hard to do everything well. Internal requirements (for example, slow processing), however, reduce the overall rating, too bad!

Jedoch ist es in dieser Filiale (Zentrale für Salzburg) leider zu 95 % so, daß man mehr als eine viertel Stunde warten muss, um einfachste Schaltergeschäfte abzuwickeln. (z.B. Einzahlung auf das Konto meiner Gattin) Da meistens eine Menschenschlange auf dem einzigen offenen Schalter ansteht. Der 2. Schalter wurde überhaupt mit einem Blumenkasten verstellt, sodass eine kurzfristige Verstärkung auch nicht möglich ist. Schade - diese schon x-Mal gemachte Erfahrungen trüben etwas den Gesamteindruck. Oberbank is basically a bank that I've been loyal to for decades. However, in this branch (headquarters for Salzburg) it is unfortunately 95% of the time that you have to wait more than a quarter of an hour to handle the simplest counter transactions. (e.g. payment to my wife's account) As there is usually a queue of people at the only open counter. The 2nd switch was adjusted with a flower box at all, so that a short-term reinforcement is not possible. It's a shame - these x-times experiences cloud the overall impression a little.

Hier sind die Mitarbeiter noch Berater und nicht, wie in vielen anderen Banken - Versicherungsvertreter -! Zudem finde ich die kurzen Wege mehr als perfekt! The staff and management of the bank is still a bank with traditional values. Here the employees are still consultants and not, as in many other banks - insurance agents -! In addition, I think the short ways more than perfect!
G	Guenther Dworschak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter der Bank sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben noch etwas „menschliches“ an sich im Vergleich zu ändern Banken. Es ist zwar am Schalter fast immer etwas zu warten, also muss man schon Zeit mitbringen, aber Bankgeschäfte sollen ja auch keine Massenabfertigung sein. Die Bank ist außerdem auch optisch sehr einladend schön gemacht und hat beim Eingang mehrerer Automaten zum selber handeln. The staff at the bank are incredibly friendly and helpful and have something "human" about them compared to other banks. It is almost always something to wait at the counter, so you have to bring some time, but banking should also be no mass processing. The bank is also visually very nicely made beautiful and has the entrance of several machines to act on their own.
