Alle freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem der Filialleiter! Ich werde so oft wie möglich in die Filiale aufgrund meiner Bankgeschäfte vorbeischauen obwohl ich nicht in diesem Bezirk wohne. Ich empfehle diese Filiale jedem weiter! I have been a customer of Bank Austria for years. When I came to the branch on Rußbergerstrasse, I felt really good. Competent employees! All friendly and very helpful. Especially the branch manager! I will stop by the branch as often as possible for my banking business, even though I do not live in this district. Bankomat aussen ist direkt um die Ecke Our wooden box! Every first of the month you should avoid the bank. Staff friendly. Branch is left open. A renovation would have been nice. Bankomat outside is right around the corner

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in dieser Filiale bin, werde ich sehr freundlich empfangen (was leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist). Ich finde die Mitarbeiter sehr kompetent und ich denke, dass ich hier sehr gut beraten werde. Bin froh, dass mein Geld hier gut aufgehoben ist. In der Rußbergstrasse gibt es ja nur beschränkte Möglichkeiten, die freundlich und korrekt abgewickelt werden. Warum in Coronazeiten der Bankomat draußen aber seit Wochen total verschmiert und verdreckt ist und das niemandem in der Filiale auffällt kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. After the branch closings, I ended up here, but still do most of the work in the Am Spitz branch. In Rußbergstrasse there are only limited options that are handled in a friendly and correct manner. Why in Corona times the ATM outside has been totally smeared and dirty for weeks and that nobody in the branch notices I cannot understand.
