Die Antwort war ja ist möglich und es wird max. 16€ ausmachen (lächelnde Aussage der Dame: "länger darf ich dafür nicht brauchen") Ich war happy und gab mein Sakko in ihre Hände, hinterließ meine Nummer und wir machten uns einen Abholtermin aus - alles gut. Bei der Abholung dann die Enttäuschung - es machte 28€ aus, auf Nachfrage warum...naja es hat doch länger gedauert. Nach erfolgter Bezahlung erhielt ich keine Rechnung... Es geht hier nicht um die Höhe der Beiträge, sondern um das Prinzip. Wenn eine Leistung nahezu das doppelte ausmachen wird als man den Kunden mitgeteilt hat, sollte man den Kunden kontaktieren und ein Feedback einholen. Die Kritik richtet sich hier nicht gegen die Person an sich, sondern gegen das Handeln der Person. Schade eigentlich. Since my tailor-made jacket tore at a seam, I asked the nice lady whether this was possible and how much it would make. The answer was yes is possible and it will be max. 16 € (smiling statement from the lady: "I can't take longer for this") I was happy and gave my jacket in her hands, left my number and we made a pick-up date - everything was fine. When I picked it up, I was disappointed - it turned out to be 28 €, when asked why ... well it took longer. After paying, I did not receive an invoice ... It is not about the amount of the contributions, but about the principle. If a service will be almost double what you told the customer, you should contact the customer and get feedback. The criticism is not directed against the person as such, but against the person's actions. It's a shame actually.
