★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privatverkäufer werden, obwohl im Inserat deutlich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass keine Makler erwünscht sind, mit Anrufen belästigt. Angeblich weil es Kunden gäbe, die an der Immobilie interessiert wären. Man darf davon ausgehen, dass einen die Interessenten auch so finden, ohne dafür Provision bezahlen zu müssen. Schade, diese Keiler-Methoden!
Private sellers are bothered with calls, although the advertisement clearly indicates that no brokers are desired. Supposedly because there are customers who would be interested in the property. One can assume that those interested will find you in this way without having to pay commission. Too bad, these wild boar methods!
