Unseriös. Dank Google besteht die Möglichkeit, Rezensionen zu schreiben, wobei ich hoffe, dass diese Rezension auch gelesen wird. Vor einiger Zeit wurde von uns eine Wohnung besichtigt, welche von CRT Immobilien zur Vermietung angeboten wurde. Seitens der Maklerin wurde dabei mündliche Zusagen gemacht (Mietdauer 5 Jahre möglich, Zustand der Wohnung) welche sich im daraufhin zugesandten Mietvertrag nicht wieder gefunden haben. Es folgen einige sinngemäß wiedergegebene Auszüge aus dem MV, um sich selbst ein Bild von diesem Unternehmen machen zu können: > Dauer des MV 37 Monate (Anm. bei 36 Monaten ist maximal ein Monatsmietzins Maklerprovision fällig, bei 37 Monaten zwei Monate Maklerprovision) > Verschriftlichung im MV, dass die Wohnung (anm. eine Altbauwohnung, in zwar gutem, aber nicht exzellenten Zustand) im ursprünglichen Zustand zurückzugeben ist, sämtliche Änderungen (Dübel, Ausmalen der Wand,...) von befugten Professionisten durchzuführen sind. > Die Unterzeichnung des MV in einem Kaffeehaus wurde vorgeschlagen. Ein Immobilienmakler hat nicht nur die Interessen des Auftraggebers (=des Vermieters) zu vertreten, sondern auch faire Bedingungen für Mieter zu schaffen. Ich kann dringenst davon abraten, eine Wohnung welche von Claudia Resch und Ingrid Lugert verwaltet wird, anzumieten.

Untrustworthy. There is an opportunity to write reviews thanks to Google, and I hope that this review will be read too. Some time ago we visited an apartment that was offered for rent by CRT Immobilien. The broker made verbal commitments (rental period 5 years possible, condition of the apartment) which were not found in the rental agreement that was subsequently sent. Here are some excerpts from the MV, reproduced analogously, in order to get an idea of this company for yourself: > Duration of the MV 37 months (note: with 36 months, a maximum of one month's rent is due, broker's commission for 37 months is two months) > Written in the MV that the apartment (note an old apartment, in good, but not excellent condition) is to be returned in its original condition, all changes (dowels, painting the wall, ...) are to be carried out by authorized professionals. > The signing of the MV in a coffee house was proposed. A real estate agent not only has to represent the interests of the client (= the landlord), but also to create fair conditions for tenants. I strongly advise against renting an apartment that is managed by Claudia Resch and Ingrid Lugert.
