G	Günther Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetent aber schlechtes Essen. Immer wieder Besucher ohne Masken aus dem Lift steigen gesehen auf der Herz Station und das obwohl Masken Pflicht war. Very competent but bad food. Again and again visitors without masks getting out of the lift at the heart station, even though masks were compulsory.

I say thank you for everything and I will never forget that

Krankenschwester Anja, von der Intensivstation der Inneren Medizin im Südtrakt verhielt sich sehr unkompetent und unsozial. I have never had such a bad handling of the dying family, as in this clinic. Nurse Anja, from the intensive care unit of internal medicine in the south wing, behaved very incompetent and antisocial.
N	Nats V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach unmöglich! Der “Chefarzt„ der Rheumaambulanz einfach nur ekelhaft. Auf Sachen die was man nicht verstanden hat, hat er sowas von ekelhaft reagiert und diese dann nicht mal beantwortet. Auch beim Telefonat mit diesem “Chefarzt“ durften wir ihn nicht beim Nachnamen nennen. Da wurden wir derart frech angefaucht und runtergemacht dass man ihn gefälligst mit Herrn Doktor anzureden hat. Sind bei diesem HERRN DOKTOR nun keine Patienten mehr, und würde es auch keinem raten Patient bei ihm zu werden! Einzigster Pluspunkte die Damen am Empfang, sehr freundlich. Simply impossible! The "chief doctor" of the rheumatism clinic just disgusting. He reacted disgustingly to things that you didn't understand and didn't even answer them. Also during the phone call with this "chief doctor" we were not allowed to call him by his last name. We were hissed at and cheeked down so cheekily that you have to address him to Doctor. Are no longer patients with this MR. DOCTOR and would not advise patients to become patients with him! The only plus points the ladies at the front desk, very friendly.

Von der Anmeldung über die Blutabnahme bis hin zum Chefarzt ist so ein harrscher, unfreundlicher Umgangston das ist nicht mehr normal. Die Dame bei der Anmeldung hat einen Tonfall und schaut hinter ihrer Brille hervor, da wär jeder Krampus heilig, bei der Blutabnahme wird man in der Tür schon angefaucht, dass es einen fast rausweht, vom Chefarzt wird man am Telefon angeschnabelt. Unmöglich! Anyone who has the opportunity to see an outpatient rheumatologist - do it! From the registration to the blood draw to the head physician, such a harsh, unfriendly tone is no longer normal. The lady at the registration has a tone of voice and looks out from behind her glasses, since every Krampus would be sacred, when the blood is taken you are hissed at in the door that it almost blows you out, the chief doctor picks you up on the phone. Impossible!
