Könnten alles testen und Probe Fahren vor Ort... Und es wird dir nichts aufgedrengt das brauchst du und das brauchst du... Du kannst das testen du kannst das Probe fahren und du allein entscheidest kaufen oder nicht kaufen.... Alles super.... Untrustworthy yes okay ..... But great parts and prices are also very okay .... Children quad bought very satisfied top quality for young and old .... Could test everything and test drive on site ... And it will you don't need anything that you need and you need that ... you can test it you can test drive it and you alone decide to buy or not to buy .... everything is great ....

Wir haben uns telefonisch angemeldet, da wir einen weiteren weg ( 1,5 Stunden) hatten und wir sicher gehen wollten, dass jemand da ist und uns beraten würde. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Elektro Mini Quad für unseren kleinen Sohn, der auch mit war. Der "Verkäufer", sofern man ihn so nennen kann, war sehr unfreundlich und hatte ständig nur sein Handy in der Hand. Es ist schon klar, dass um die Osterzeit auch viel los ist. Aber es sollten Kunden die vor Ort im "Geschäft" sind und kaufen wollen im Vordergrund stehen. Man kann die SMS auch später schreiben..... Auf manche Fragen antwortete er nicht einmal sondern schaute uns nur an, um eine Sekunde später wieder auf seinem Handy herumzutippen. Naja, wir dachten uns, dieser Herr hat einfach keine Lust auf seinen Job. Wir schwankten zwischen zwei Modellen.... Wir sagten dem "Verkäufer", dass wir Essen gehen würden und uns da beraten welchen wir dann nehmen würden. Genau zu dieser Zeit musste unser kleiner leider dringend auf die Toilette....Als wir dann fragten ob wir schnell seine Toilette benutzen dürften, kam nur eine unfreundliche Antwort. "Ich habe kein Klo, aber ihr geht ja eh jetzt essen oder nicht?" Das dort kein WC ist, kann der gute Herr jemand anderen erzählen, oder verrichtet er seine Notdurft in der Einfahrt??? Die Quads sind sicher keine schlechten, da diese bei allen Händlern ähnlich sind und aus China kommen, daher hätten wir auch bestimmt einen der beiden genommen ABER: Solchen unfreundlichen Menschen lassen wir keinen Cent, es gibt Händler die sich um Ihre Kunden bemühen und denen wir jeden Cent willig sind! Einen solchen Händler haben wir auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten nun gefunden und haben bei STYRIA QUADS bestellt, die sind SUPER !!!!! Certainly no purchase !!!! We registered by phone because we had another way (1.5 hours) and we wanted to make sure someone was there and advised us. We were looking for an electric mini quad for our little son who was with us too. The "seller", if you can call him that, was very rude and always had only his cell phone in his hand. It's clear that there's a lot going on around Easter. But it should focus on customers who are in the "shop" and want to buy locally. You can also write the SMS later ..... He did not even answer a few questions, just looked at us and typed a second later on his cell phone. Well, we thought, this gentleman just does not feel like his job. We wavered between two models .... We told the "seller" that we would go out to eat and advise each other which we would take. Right at that time our little one unfortunately had to go to the bathroom .... When we asked if we could use his toilet quickly, only an unfriendly answer came. "I do not have a toilet, but you're going to eat now or not?" That there is no toilet, the good gentleman can tell someone else, or he does his need in the driveway ??? The quads are certainly not bad, as they are similar to all dealers and come from China, so we would certainly have taken one of the two BUT: Such unfriendly people we do not leave a penny, there are dealers who care about their customers and whom we are willing every penny! We have found such a dealer on the recommendation of a friend now and have ordered from STYRIA QUADS, they are SUPER !!!!!

Da wir noch einen jüngeren Sohn haben wird das Wiederkommen nicht lang auf sich warten lassen. Vielen Dank My husband ordered a quad for our son by phone and picked it up yesterday. Everything perfect. Any time. Since we still have a younger son, the return will not be long in coming. Thanks a lot
