Super doctors who have a lot of experience and are top-quality. The whole team is basically great. You also feel very comfortable in the ordination.

Wenn Ihr den telefonischen Andrang nicht kompensieren könnt, dann vergebt Termine per mail oder sonst was. Null Qualität. Bin dann wo anders hin natürlich da mein Hausarzt im Urlaub ist. -5 Stars. Appointments only by phone agreement. Nobody answers the phone for 125 minutes. You will be redirected to the fax. If you cannot compensate for the rush by telephone, then give appointments by mail or something. Zero quality. Then of course I went somewhere else because my doctor is on vacation.

Die ärzte mögen kompetent sein aber erst mal telefonisch durchzukommen für ein termin ist wie ein 6er in lotto... anscheinend fehlt jede organisation wenn man anruft und man wird auf den a.b geschoben qber zuvor sei die letung besetzt. Wie lange muss man es probieren das man zu einem termin kommt? Den ganzen tag? Arzt wechsel geht ja leider auch nicht mehr so easy sonst wäre ich bei jemand anderen da mir die geduld schon fehlt. Ich hab ne freundin die auch in einer ordi arbeitet und die sind nur zu zweit und es ist der einzige arzt am land und sogar die bekommen es gebaken. Es ist traurig sowas schreiben zu müssen aber ich will keineswegsdie frau doktor ihre leistung bewerten. I am correcting my review. The doctors may be competent, but first getting through by phone for an appointment is like winning the lottery... apparently there is a lack of organization when you call and you are pushed to the a.b. but the letung was occupied beforehand. How long do you have to try to get an appointment? all day? Unfortunately, changing doctors is no longer so easy, otherwise I would be with someone else because I already lack the patience. I have a friend who also works in an ordi and there are only two of them and it is the only doctor in the country and they even get it baked. It's sad to have to write something like that, but I don't want to rate the doctor's performance.

Sie geben leider zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit und keine echte Lösungen... The doctors can maybe be very competent, but the communication between the surgery and the patient is very bad and makes everything much more difficult than it should be... Unfortunately, they pay too little attention and no real solutions...
