Habe mir eine Kette gekauft, die nach nur einer Woche schon ohne jeglichen äußeren Einflüsse auseinanderfiel obwohl mir versprochen wurde, dass das echte Silber schon was heben sollte. Was very disappointed! Was wrong advice and deceived in quality. I bought a necklace that fell apart after only a week without any external influences, although I was promised that the real silver should lift something.

Der freundlichen Dame habe ich mein Problem kurz erklärt. Sie hat die vorhandene Kundschaft nicht vernachlässigt mit der Bitte, nocheinmal zu kommen falls ich noch was zum erledigen hätte. "Gemeinsam" haben wir dann das Band meiner Uhr wärend eines netten gut 30 minütigen Gesprächs über Gott und die Welt getauscht. Kann ich nur empfehlen, super Service, ruhige Art der Mitarbeiterin auf den Kunden, man nimmt gerne eine Wartezeit in Kauf. Empfehle ich auf alle Fälle weiter. LG Markus The band of my pulsar watch is broken. Luckily I went to the small shop in Dez-Einkaufszentrum and that was no mistake. I explained my problem briefly to the friendly lady. She has not neglected the existing clientele with the request to come again if I still had something to do. "Together" we exchanged the volume of my watch during a nice 30 minute conversation about God and the world. Can I only recommend, great service, quiet nature of the staff on the customer, you can take a wait in purchase. I recommend in any case. LG Markus

Ich habe um Hilfe gebeten und Ma ließ sich zwar herab, mit mir zu sprechen, jedoch ist immer noch mit dem Handy in der Hand und einem STRENG GENERVTEN TON! Schade, habe dann bei Goldwelt und Famous zwei Ketten und eine Uhr gekauft. Wouldn't even give a star, no greeting, saleswoman stood behind the counter with the cell phone in hand and completely ignored me. I asked for help and Ma let herself down to speak to me, but is still with the cell phone in hand and a STRICTLY GENERATED TONE! Too bad, I bought two chains and a watch from Goldwelt and Famous.
