 I had a clock repaired at the company Kreuzhuber in Gars and was very satisfied, very friendly, fast, all ok. Will gladly come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Armband einer Uhr reparieren lassen.
SEHR GUT ausgeführt und für 2,90€ inkl. neuem Stift (ca. 3 Minuten Arbeit) meiner Meinung nach eigentlich zu billig (deshalb hab ich auch gerne mehr gegeben).
(Anm. Die Uhr wurde auch nicht im Geschäft gekauft)
ABER:
Für das Kürzen eines Uhrbandes (weil sie nicht im Geschäft gekauft wurde) 15€ zu verlangen (ca.5 Minuten Arbeit = Stundenlohn von 180€) ist definitiv nicht okay sondern eine Trotzreaktion weil die Uhr nicht im Geschäft gekauft wurde.
Nicht jede Uhr findet man im Geschäft ums Eck.
Aber sollte man dann wirklich dafür mit völlig überhöhten Preisen für eine Reparatur "bestraft" werden? Nur weil man seine Uhr wo anders gekauft hat?
"Ich kürze Bänder die bei uns gekauft wurden gratis, aber für andere Geschäfte/Unternehmen arbeite ich nicht gratis"
Völlig nachvollziehbare Aussage!! Aber 180€ Stundenlohn ??
Es sollte die erbrachte Leistung des Unternehmens auch im Verhältnis zum Preis stehen.
Tut mir leid. Ging sich für mich nicht aus. Dann wird diese "Reparatur" eben wo anders durchgeführt.
Ansonsten sehr nettes Geschäft inkl. guter Arbeit.
Vl. hatte der Besitzer um 08.00 Uhr einfach noch schlechte Laune ?!?
Have a watch strap repaired.
VERY WELL made and for 2.90 € including a new pen (about 3 minutes of work) actually too cheap in my opinion (that's why I was happy to give more).
(Note. The watch was also not bought in the store)
BUT:
To shorten a watch strap (because it was not bought in the shop) to charge 15 € (about 5 minutes of work = hourly wage of 180 €) is definitely not okay but a defiant reaction because the watch was not bought in the shop.
Not every watch can be found in the shop around the corner.
But should one then really be "punished" for repairs with completely inflated prices? Just because you bought your watch somewhere else?

Completely understandable statement! But an hourly wage of € 180?
The service provided by the company should also be in relation to the price.
I'm sorry. Didn't work out for me. Then this "repair" is carried out somewhere else.
Otherwise very nice business including good work.
Vl. was the owner just in a bad mood at 8 a.m.?!?
