Übergossene Alm Resort

Outstanding views and spa hotel both for families and couples. Natural pools and swimming pools. The children play area is like a ginger bread fairy tale.

My stay there was simply gorgeous. If you are considering having a break from daily routine, this hotel is the best place to hide from the world. Special thanks to the chef for turning the restaurant into gastronomical paradise!

Great family resort. Nice rooms. No AC, but did not feel AC wss needed in the fresh mountain air. Incredible hiking in the beautiful Alps. Amazing Spa. Food is very good. Service is warm and friendly.

Rooms are way too small & congested, its awkward moving through. Bathrooms & entire hotel are extremely old fashioned & has a foul antiquated unfresh odour & nothing is scented. Spa is really small & outdated too and filled with flies, + the brine grotto don't even work, & there are no towels in the spa so guests have to use the same 2 brought down from room for the entire day even though they're soaking wet! DEFINITELY NOT deserving of Best Alpine Wellness hotel ranking, it's mediocre @ best. No bottle water provided in rooms & no minibar nor tea, coffee & kettles in rooms. The location though is amazing, remote so no buildings adjacent so offers privacy, and the surrounding lush rolling green hills & mountains make for a spectacular landscape, it's more beautiful than a postcard? & the service in the restaurant is terrific ?

I was torn between 4 and 5 stars for the Übergossene Alm Resort. The spa area is brilliant. The outside relaxation area has the most impressive view of the mountains I’ve had so far in a spa hotel. The very modern panoramic sauna has incredible views as well. The sauna ceremonies are a very special entertainment and it’s so nice to dive into the refreshingly cold sauna pool afterwards. The jacuzzi has fresh mountain water without chlorine that gets completely drained and refilled after every use, which is great. There is a very large area for children to play around two small lakes. This area is very separated from the spa area so it never feels like you children running around stops you from relaxing. On the negative side: the breakfast and lunch is ok, the dinner is decent, however service in the restaurant varies between very slow and non-existent depending on the day and waiter. The rooms and bathrooms have not been refurbished in a very long time, the walls and windows are so thin that you can hear everything in the corridor. Half of the rooms face a busy road that is full of motorcyclists who will wake you up by 8 the latest unless you’re an early riser anyway. The shower sometimes has literally no water, assuming that happens when you neighbour showers at the same time. Unfortunately, because of the food & restaurant service quality as well as the rooms, the Übergossene Alm Resort only deserves 4 stars, as I’ve been to several other mountain resorts where the spa, the restaurant and the rooms were all spot on. Overall, though, the stunning spa area trumps the negatives, and we are very likely to return, and we highly recommend a stay for anyone who lovely a great sauna and great views of the maintains to relax.

One of the nicest hotels we have visited, maybe the best. Perfect service, the staff is very helpful and always kind, food is amazing and the hotel provides anything you would need and can think of. I actually dont know what they could do better, because all this, combined with the unbelievable location... Wow!! You have my respect, you have mastered how to run a perfect hotel/resort.

We absolutely loved our stay with you hotel. All the services, options, and breathtaking views totally made our stay an unforgettable experience. Facilities: we love the SPA, pools and heated pond was an absolute wonder! Parking garage with chargers for e-cars came in very handy. Loungers with mountain views were also awesome. Services: Newspaper with activities - great idea. We ordered picnic basket and were extremely pleased with it. Hochkoning card added up to our experience - we used it almost every day Food: breakfasts and Dinners were absolutely awesome. Variety, service, changing menu - all great Staff: We felt really welcome, everyone was trying to make us feel comfortable.
